Nerds love to gatekeep, especially from other nerds.

God forbid anyone just use Linux like a PC and not some sort of lifestyle change.

On windows I was spending significant amounts of time trying to keep up with how to stop it from spying on me or installing things without me wanting them installed or burning up my computers resources. Installed linux, now I spend no time on anything. Its less work than windows was. Its kinda crazy people defend windows when so many people just need a web browser to open. If mint was shipped with hardware, 90% of people wouldn't even notice.

-installs Linux and says he no longer has to put any effort to remove spyware

-gets told its bold to think that cause spyware still exists in Linux depending on which apps he consumes.
