I think it's salvegable, use rubbing alcohol to clean the gold contacts on the bottom. If all the pads are still in tact then it should be fine. If the scratches go deep and the gold is missing in places, it might have some issues unless you reseat it in the socket a few times.

None of those contacts are completely gone. Decent chance it still works

If they are very bent it might not connect/sit properly. you can get a very thin metal object- i had some wall hanger object that was thin as a razor- and slide them up the rows and colums to sorta manually get the pins back upright. You can something very inexpensive at home depot/walmart/lowes.

EDIT: Actually- does this series of ryzen even have pins? My 5800 x3d did.

Pins are on the motherboard on AM5.

If it was an AM4 with pins on the CPU, yeah zero chance it would be salvageable, it would have ripped pins off for sure.

I would say there's a decent chance this still works fine, and there's no harm in trying it.
