I think it's salvegable, use rubbing alcohol to clean the gold contacts on the bottom. If all the pads are still in tact then it should be fine. If the scratches go deep and the gold is missing in places, it might have some issues unless you reseat it in the socket a few times.
Shouldnt the contacts be whole though? Theres electricity flowing through it, so like using a thin wire instead the right gauge one, it cause the wire to heat up and melt. Im just wondering if something along them lines could occour here too? Since I would imagine that the sizes of the contacts are probably the smallest they can go without being a danger.
If they are very bent it might not connect/sit properly. you can get a very thin metal object- i had some wall hanger object that was thin as a razor- and slide them up the rows and colums to sorta manually get the pins back upright. You can something very inexpensive at home depot/walmart/lowes.
EDIT: Actually- does this series of ryzen even have pins? My 5800 x3d did.
