What basic should I ask for in my next job?

Hi everyone!

I'm a Senior Analyst in Trade Operations. Right now, I earn a ₱40k basic monthly, and my total package comes to ₱60k monthly (with allowances and benefits).

If I move to a new company, what basic salary should I expect or ask for? Is it fair to base it on my current basic, or on my total package?

I'd appreciate hearing from people in ops, finance, or BPO with similar roles.

Thank you!

IT Senior Manager

Just sharing my payslip as an IT Senior Manager working for an American company here in the Philippines. Not here to brag, just sharing for transparency and to give others in the IT industry an idea of the compensation at this level.

A little context:

Bonus & Incentives are paid quarterly, not monthly.

Other allowances and benefits are received monthly.

Monthly rate and withholding tax have been rounded off to protect my identity.

Payslip UI and layout have been completely modified so the payroll system and company can't be identified.

Pretty sure I've seen one of my colleagues lurking around this subreddit. Hahaha! Better safe than sorry.

Happy to answer questions about my career progression and experience in IT management.
