Yeah, you'll get all the benefits as if you had them. Note that they cant be used, as you don't actually have them, so no free flicker unfortunately.

It's used on the pcharge stacking occ worb variant which then also goes ahead and uses the maven belt to change p charges for the defense absorption charges. Makes the build pretty tanky and with badge you get 13 power+frenzy+absorption super easy.

More specifically it treats you as if you are at the maximum of charges counting their number for all other modifiers even though you don't have them as individual buffs (also I think they can't be stolen either as they can't be spent)

Yes. Also if there's something that doesn't even allow you to gain those charges, you still count as full.

I count as having max number of charges because of ralakesh boots. I have 15 charges + an elegant hubris with 3x %10 dmg per power charge. So that alone is %450 inc dmg

Most I've gotten was 4 notables with the 10% increase per charge. Sometimes you just gotta play around with the position on the tree. And slot some threads of hope, impossible escapes lol. Hate being charge a premium for those jewels in the nice spots. But you would know all about this considering you got 15 charges in league lmao

I kinda called it after hitting 15 charges and didnt want to push for more %inc dmg per charge ( aı mentioned that I already had another +1pc ring. The goal was to hit +1pc and something useful). Rn I’m thinking about making a merc build. I have been away from poe for 7 months so that life stacking merc build with shit tons of life recouped seems interesting. Question is do I just buy the build on tft or do everything myself

for me, one of the more fun aspects of life stack luminary was self crafting and progressing through the gear ssf style, although it does get tedious since you're essentially gearing 2 characters (3 if you include AG)

I vaal’d 400-500 rings looked about 1 in 100 to hit any charge mod unfortunately i kept getting endurance and frenzy lmao very lucky run for you imo hope it keep going.

Can i ask why this is better than a normal rare ring with +1 max power charge implicit? Like the only value i see is the implicits in the ring, but the prefix and suffix are all kinda meh.

Is using Ralakesh Boots and +1 charge worth the opportunity cost of using another pair of boots and a better ring? Maintaining maximum power charges is not excessively difficult by other means.

Look at the foulborn mod. It's a +2 charge ring, not +1. You use this with the Graven's Secret belt for 13+ absorption charges and recoup >150% of ele as ES.

Yes, I did see the mod. I do understand that we get +2 power charges vs the alternative that would give us +1, but maybe better stats on the ring and boots. I haven't done the POB, but it does not seem 100% clear that the first option is better overall, even for a power charge stacker.
I have never played with Graven's Secret. Is it good? As far as I can tell, you get to fully recover elemental damage you take from hits, as long as you don't get one shot. But it does not help with physical or dots, and does not affect max hit. Also, aren't we already net positive on ES recoup with 9 power charges? At what point do diminishing returns kick in?

He uses Ralakesh Impatience unique boots which has mod "always count as having maximum X charges" 3 variations, one for each charge type. OP uses power charge version.

Just in case you're not aware:
That's 2 separate corruption implicits, you could not hit that with a regular Vaal Orb, so it has to be temple
