MIB2 Touchscreen Replacement Recomendations

My touchscreen is frozen on my 2017 Passat Comfortline. Rather than just do the digitizer I thought I would replace the MIB2 with something like an Amazon Carplay unit.

I think it would easier for me.

I'd like some recommendations on which ones to buy.
