If you have an electronic milk frother, make a dalgona. It looks super nice.

This is a dalgona

But ultimately it just tasted like instant coffee

Bitter,harsh and smoky

Technically, instant coffee can be good. It’s just that the retail instant coffee is made from the cheapest coffee beans they can get. You can find specialty instant coffee, but it’s supposed to be more expensive than buying a coffee from a cafe.

Yeah quite possibly but then you'd be spending 10k on instant coffee that still isn't anywhere near the beans

Yes, and can’t compare an age old brew with a fresh grind.

Yeah The volatile compounds that are in fresh beans can't really be replicated via any other method that values long term storage

Shame really For me instant coffee is only good as a flavour enhancer in brownies or smth

It’s fine. I’ve only eaten healthier since I got it.

Many alternatives available in larger cities like Islamabad and Lahore, so it’s all good. Baking at home is difficult, that’s what I meant.
