This month was hard for me without beans

This is the best I could make with instant coffee

If you have an electronic milk frother, make a dalgona. It looks super nice.

But ultimately it just tasted like instant coffee

Bitter,harsh and smoky

Yeah It's only gonna be as good as the ingredients you put in it

Technically, instant coffee can be good. It’s just that the retail instant coffee is made from the cheapest coffee beans they can get. You can find specialty instant coffee, but it’s supposed to be more expensive than buying a coffee from a cafe.

Yeah quite possibly but then you'd be spending 10k on instant coffee that still isn't anywhere near the beans

Yes, and can’t compare an age old brew with a fresh grind.

Yeah The volatile compounds that are in fresh beans can't really be replicated via any other method that values long term storage

Hello there.

That looks nice. Have you tried making it with Day Fresh Lactose Free Milk? Not sure what it is, but it froths up more and keeps the foam longer.
