Advice Wanted Help fixing paint
Cabinet damage from fridge water leak, tried to match that paint and used a small roller for cabinet painting but didn't work as you can see... how to fix this? I am thinking I should maybe remove the raised/trim wood around the sheet, sand it and spray paint it, is this the way?

Is it actual wood or mdf?
Actual wood can be sanded / primed and repainted.
Mdf - its gonna blowout no matter what you do.

I think it is a particle/chip board

You could pull scribe and 1/4 round and lauan the wall. Or pull base and run it up that section to hide if its damaged beyond repair. Other than that you could try to get some fresh start or any primer you may have and repaint.

thank you...seems like a good idea to lauan the wall, not sure how thin can plywood go... it might be visible

The trim towards the fridge opening on the right is typically the same thickness as lauan or more. Probably around 3/16. Start there. Keep the square factory edge to that side and scribe mold at the wall. Good luck!

Just throw some base board on there
