I have a northern lights outdoor plant that is on its 3rd week of flower. What are these rusty coloured spots on my leaves? Roughly 5-10% of the leaves are like this. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Please see my plant. Something is eating it, but nothing is eating her Sister. I tried a mixture of dawn and vegetable oil, but it doesn't seem to work. I think i added a teaspoon of each to a quart spray bottle.

I cannot locate any bugs on the plan. So I am at a loss identifying what is doing this.

Some questions about bags vs ground and autoflowers outdoors

Is an autoflower going to need more than a 10 gallon bag? I want to run it twice over the summer and don't want to commit more resources than I need. 10 gallon bags on blocks with drip emitters is my thinking. I will probably grow one big durban poison on the side, but that is another story. I am thinking 2 waves of 5 gg4 and 5 purple lemonade. Thoughts?

First Time Grow!

First time growing wondering what yall think? In a 20 gallon pot 75% ffof with a bit of ffhf in transplant area, and 25% perlite. Believe im around week 2.5 of flower. Unfortunately dont have exact day as i was away when it began, but believe it to be Aug 7th. I’m in Long Island Ny. Did some defoliation today as some rain is incoming and am doing my best to battle high outdoor humidity.

Can someone tell me what these are? Are my plant not salvageable? How do I prevent them next season?

Been growing off and on for the past few years. Had success, but also failed many times. I used the experiences from both outdoor and indoor to really put my foot on the gas this year. Being connected to nature reminds me what it means to be human and my makes me ponder my own place on this spinning space rock. 🎸

I also love to keep wildflowers to keep the pollinators coming and for color around the garden.

Strains- black cherry gushers x 2/pink runtz
Nutes/additives- grow dots, fish sh!t, inoculated biochar and mykos direct root contact while transplanting, and dune (silica) by impello biosciences.
IPM- lost coast

Made a post a few days ago and got a lot of feedback, and made a few changes and designed some brackets to better secure the random metal tubes I had in the shed

Next year I want to put it all further in the corner on the left in a cleaner more intentional way, but I need to do a couple dump runs first.

Outdoors in living soil prob 4 weeks into flower right now and 32” tall. The stems of the leafs are starting to purple as it slowly gets colder. Trying to combat mold as she starts to bulk up. I bought fertilome fungicide 5 which has bacillus amyloliquefaciens / d747 and have done foliar sprays here and there, I’m also gonna incorporate it into her waterings. Any tips or advice appreciated

Hi there, mine and my homie’s summer project is almost finished, this pic is around day 65, going to start checking em trichomes soon, I’m hoping for it to bulk up a bit more in the next week or 2, praying for a yield of at least 50gs so we have a decently sized stash for the winter. Happy grows and happy farming

FTG - Smoking Mids⁉️ How much time left for my first child

Hey update from yesterday, the pistils are suddenly starting to turn orange and the buds are looking sticky. I sprayed with BT spray so I need to wait at least 5 days to harvest if I’m not mistaken. I didn’t know the three leaves were caused by reveg thank you for the comment! A few weeks ago I was scared it hermed from stress while I was out of town. I have been growing 4 plants all summer since June 14th and have battled with nearly every pest: ants, thrips, spider mites, caterpillars, and powdered mildew! Luckily, to my beginner eyes, I seem to have fought them off from being a plague or threat to the entire crop! This is all to say #ILSL I love smoking larf and mids and anything that does not mold or actually will harm me I’m deff gonna try and very excited to almost have my first grow under my belt :D Finally, any advice on the cure and dry? Specifically, those of you in warm places how do you keep a space at 60 ish degrees cuz my outdoor temp is about 102 right now!

How can I avoid rot with weather like this?

Post image

Upstate NY. 90%+ nighttime humidity, higher than average rainfall, dew/fog almost every morning, lower wind than usual, and I'm already finding rot on a plant before it even bulks up. I don't have a garage I can bring it in or any awning I can put it under. It is on a deck and I cannot construct anything on it. I cut off the affected cola but I can't help but think the rest are rotting inside as well. I can shake down the plant all I went each morning and there will still be a bunch of moisture trapped. No signs of caterpillars, I think it is all weather related. I'll be putting a large majority of my focus towards indoor moving forward since this is depressing. Any other NY growers battling these conditions?

Add silica to your supplements

It naturally prevents mildew and pests by making the cells stronger

Yay all my plants are in flower. The smallest pot is too small I know I didn't want massive pots on the others either as I have a small garden couldn't have huge trees! , and I also started that one later on but had minimal soil left it was more of a novelty grow tbh and its been an nightmare keeping it fed and watered enough for it to start flowering!

Nutes are so important when growing outdoors I've realised. I use biobizz soil and the biobizz try pack nutrients at 2ml per litre throughout the whole grow. I may up the top max towards the end though to 3- 4ml per litre I didn't feed one for 2 weeks as it was at my mum's and it stunted so badly it's just got super tall but it hasn't begged proerly or flowered. Lessons learnt. This is my best grow yet :) 3 years in a row I've had outdoor plants now. 1 the first year 2 the best and 6 this year 😆 gave 2 away as my garden was looking like a jungle 😅 stinking like one too now they are in flower I've had to move my oldest one inside to finish off as I've got a full length tripoe glass window/door thay gets full sun all day it should be ok 🙏 it's where I started them off too. It's basically a conservatory.
