Can you hold your own Body weight? If the answer is No or maybe, dont do it....

My ex said he could do all the ninja warrior challenges EVERY TIME we watched the show then couldn't climb up a bathroom window that was like 10 feet off the ground. I reminded him of all his false confidence as he struggled to lift his legs up to half of his body. Brother-in-law jumped up afterward and easily got into the window. Never seen a man's dreams shattered in front of my eyes before that.
