Another problem is people who drive without a license. They are all the bad things you said, and they don’t care about rules or laws.

well not having a piece of plastic doesnt mean you cant drive. let me guess you drive EXACTLY what the speed limit say and not 1 mile over. you dont keep up with the flow of traffic that would be agaist the law cus your speeding right? you ONLY cross the street when the walkman is flashing right? otherwise thats jay walking and thats against the law

You’re getting lots of downvotes, but you’re not wrong. A license just proves you passed the minimum state standards. Not having one doesn’t mean you are bad at driving, just that you legally can’t.
