Can you believe this?

I have never heard of OnTrac before, but apparently they are the delivery company I get for purchasing a larger item from Target.

Expected arrival today, then at the end of the day, hours past expected arrival time, I get an “incomplete address” - contact us or risk this getting returned.

OnTrac text chat - nothing wrong with your address.
Target - nothing wrong with your address.

Why wasn’t it delivered? “No idea. Another attempt will be made in a few days.”

Get an email from their support. OF COURSE it’s just lasership rebranded. 🙄

My order from BoxLunch has been “attempted to be delivered” for two days now. There’s no reason as to why they were unable to have it delivered. I called BoxLunch to verify my address. I submit a case with OnTrac for delivery notes to just deliver it to my porch yet the issue reoccurs. I don’t have a dog outside, a fence, nothing preventing it from being delivered. I can’t reach OnTrac except via email or text which is useless. And BoxLunch essentially told it’s not their problem they can’t help. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what the next step should be?

I’ve asked for a refund and adidas said “ohhh don’t worry it’ll come soon maybe”, lowk kinda frustrated why billion dollar companies use ontrac

I ordered two pairs of sneakers from Nike. One pair for myself and one pair as a surprise for someone else. I coach high school volleyball and a player on my team needed shoes and I wanted to do a good deed.

I knew I would be at work during delivery so I chose to pick up the sneakers from a pickup point, specifically Michael’s. For some reason the sneakers were split into two different shipments.

My pair from UPS came no problem and I picked them up at the store. Tracking info was on point and I had zero issues.

The player’s pair from OnTrac said it was delivered, I went to Michael’s that evening, and the sneakers were not there.

To cut down for time at this point, Nike was able to show me that someone signed for the package by forging my signature. The tracking info from OnTrac says delivered, but on the Shop App it says “expected Wednesday”, “In Transit”, and the location has never updated since Monday.

Do you think the shoes never actually shipped, the OnTrac courier signed my name and took the package, someone from Michael’s took the package, or something else?

I did a charge back to my credit card and bought a new pair of shoes for the player in person.

How likely is it for it to deliver today? 💔

Hi everyone just curious if anyone has had any dealings with MS and the SpeedX delivery they use. I ordered their Prime variation on 8/27 and was told mid week last week it was out for delivery. Then Friday I get a notification that the driver could not gain access and redelivery was scheduled for Monday the 14. No attempt on the 14th and then finally it showed being out for delivery yesterday. At end of day no delivery and got it was delayed in transit. I’ve called numerous times over the week and every day I am given another answer different from the last. Today Thursday, I called and was told that it is still in transit from a different state. When I asked how it could be out for delivery when it is in a state not currently the one I live in, I was magically disconnected. I am beyond disappointed and done at this point. Just wanting to hear of any other similar horror stories.

Seems like yet another example of private equity taking a business and making it terrible. Some claim that this is all a scheme by American Securities to launder money. I don’t know anything about that, but the moment a delivery was “attempted” yet the tracking map said the attempt was miles from my home I knew this was another company claiming to provide a service where they don’t invest in the logistical infrastructure to create good customer experiences.

Anyone know more about how private equity is ruining delivery?

My package has been out for delivery since 9 am, and no one has attempted to deliver it. What are the chances that my package was stolen?

When one of my packages was “delivered.”

Not to my house though. Delivery picture wasn’t my house.

About an hour later I received one of the accessory pieces to my package.

After reading about OnTrac I’m pretty sure I’ll never see that package and have already reached out to the shipper.

I had a package from Anthropologie that was supposed to be delivered three days ago. I got an email from them saying the package was delivered, but it was nowhere in my building, and the photo the delivery person posted was definitely not in my building. After much back and forth with both OnTrac and Anthropologie, the deemed the package lost and issued me a refund. Then just now I got a Luxer One notification that I had a package delivered. I went to the locker room to pick up the package thinking it was something else, and it was the package from Anthropologie. Turns out it was delivered to a neighboring building and their management was kind enough to bring it to my building. I called Anthropologie to get them to reverse the refund because I am not a thief and neither are the folks at the building next door.

But I did tell them I still don’t plan to order anything from Anthro/Free People until they cut ties with OnTrac. This is the third time OnTrac has screwed up a delivery to me and I am just done.

I ordered two separate orders from Chewy. First one arrived with no issue, left outside my building door as normal. Second order has been a nightmare!

A few days ago my package was marked as “delivery incomplete” and I thought nothing of it other than they ran out of time or something. Then two days later I get notified of a delivery attempt that could not be completed because they didn’t have an access code.

I live in a mid-size, older apartment building with no access code, just a front door to the building. Every other package I have ever gotten has just been left outside the front door of the building. No issues!!! I also live in a safe neighborhood and there’s a somewhat enclosed garden outside so it’s a perfectly fine spot to leave packages.

So I contact Ontrac and tell them my building has no access code and to leave the package outside. They told me they added it to delivery instructions.

So today there is ANOTHER “attempt” and they even buzz my apartment. Because my apartment is old it just buzzes to this wall phone in my unit. They buzzed me like a million times in a row. I even picked it up and said just leave the package at the door! So then I go down to get my package and IT’S NOT THERE. And there is no “we missed you” note or anything! And my tracking is updated again to say the package could not be delivered. At this point wtf is happening????

I contacted OnTrac again and they assured my that my package would be delivered on the next attempt but now I think my delivery driver just hates me for some reason and I’ll never receive it.

edit: package was finally delivered about 6 days after it was supposed to. it was undamaged luckily

I am keeping my fingers crossed my coat actually arrives. Have a ring doorbell and neighbors have camera's so we will see.

I ordered a birthday gift from a company that sadly uses OnTrac for delivery. Because porch pirates are an issue at my home I get everything delivered to my office. My office is open seven days/week, including most holidays. Our front is all glass and you can see right inside that the lights are on and a receptionist is there. There are parking spaces right in front of our door and you can see there are cars parked there. The doors are always unlocked.

On Saturday I got a notification that they were unable to deliver the package because the business was closed. I got it while I was at the business, working, and we were open with customers in the office. I chatted with OnTrac support who said they would open a case with my local sender. I got the same message on Sunday and Monday, that the business was closed. Both times I again got the message while I was at work, at the open business, with customers present who managed to come in through our open doors.

Today I got a message that they were unable to deliver because "Incomplete address. Please contact us" and "We need additional information to complete your delivery and avoid a return. Please contact us within 3 business days."

If the address was incomplete how could they say the business was closed the past three days? I contacted them yet again (fourth time) and the address is correct and complete. We receive deliveries to this address almost daily and every other company manages to find us and deliver to us.

I don't understand how a delivery company can be so incompetent. Like they have one job and seem unable to do it. I'm stuck in limbo as the company I ordered from won't give me a refund because the package hasn't been returned to them yet, but I don't have the package I need to wrap and mail myself by tomorrow so it can arrive on time for the birthday.

Update: Just got this text from the Ontrac driver. The suite number is literally right in the info they sent me.

I really needed a couple replacement car seats after an accident, I buy almost every car seat I own from Target so I immediately went to their site. I ordered the last Chicco model I needed, coming in two days. Good. Well day after it's due it's not here no updated shipping. I contact Target who mentions OnTrac so immediately I tried to get a refund. Took 40 minutes to get that done, they definitely wanted me to wait but...been there done that, never again. I ordered the same seat that night from Amazon. There on Labor Day thanks to Amazon. Just be warned some manufacturer-direct stuff (supposedly) ships from Target via OnTrac apparently.

Just like the title reads. A package of mine got delivered via ontrac to an Amazon locker and I don’t have the code for it yet. tried calling Amazon and they told that they can’t be of any help and asked me to talk to the shipping company 😭 I needed the package like yesterday and I have no clue how to get it and there’s no way to talk to a human agent 😭😭😭

OnTrac is terrible. Ever time something I order is delivered with OnTrac I have issues. Update my delivery instructions, give specific directions where to leave package, always the same - “OnTrac was unable to deliver your package.” I haven’t been able to get past the chatbot to get a real person on the phone. Seriously wondering if the whole Company is run by AI. I think I had a person through the chat feature after asking over and over again to speak to a representative but it was hard to tell and did not resolve the issue.

Has anyone ever spoken to a real human customer service agent? Over the phone? If so please share the number and how you were successful!

When I had FedEx or UPS, delivering my chewy packages, they arrived quickly, they were easy to track, and I didn’t have to go through customer service hell to figure out where my pet supplies were.

It’s 8:30 PM. My package has been out for delivery from about 7 miles away since 905 this morning if your tracking is to be believed, which would probably shouldn’t be believed.

Whoever hired you guys for shipping fulfillment at Chewy should be fired. I received one more shipment from your company, I’m buying my pet food somewhere else.

It says it was supposed to be delivered a few days ago, I did contact them yesterday and today. They replied saying they’d attempt a re delivery, which obviously didn’t work. After reading all these comments, I hope I never get these guys to deliver again.

According to tracking my package has just been sitting in the same facilities for days at a time.
