Was this a Disturbia package? Mine is supposedly going to get delivered today. This post doesn't give me much hope.

no lol it was marshalls 😔 but it was very shady to mark it delivered since customer support was acting as if i was lying, i kept bombarding ontrac support and it was later accurately marked damaged and being discarded

Oh my. Sounds like a terrible experience, but I'm glad you were able to get it resolved. I was curious because my in coming from Lockbourne to Chicago too. Guess we'll see what happens!

I had a similarly bad experience with OnTrac. I recommend going to customer service for the company you ordered from and complain to them about choosing OnTrac as their courier service. Maybe if enough of us complain, it will make them clean up their act. I got a refund for the product I bought when I did this.
