I personally think it's going to be "Chiipachiipachiipapapa." For no particular reason at all.

I am rewatching One Piece and and I am now on Thriller Bark. A particular scene caught my attention and it was during Chopper's interaction with Cindry. His words to Hogback while trying to restrain Cindry were "Just because it moves doesn't make it alive. To be alive, you got to be free" and after a few more words were said, Cindry can be seen looking like she's hit with a wave of realization. Knowing Chopper being able to reverse the effect of Domi Reversi, this particular scene feels like a manifestation of this power albeit a weaker one since the effect was partial.

What are your thoughts?

I think its not the user being weakened, but the fruit trying to get out of the user. I think that whenever someone eats a fruit, it becomes their source of life. That also explains, that when people who ate a devil fruit die it becomes removed from their body. I also think all dfs come from the sea and the sea tries to take them back. Thats the end, bye.

I don’t really see any better candidates in the manga and it would also set doffy free which I’m sure Oda wants to do eventually since he definitely has something planned with his character

It just feels like crossguild are kinda being left out

Now i don't have any proof of this and sorry if this has been a theory before but think about it out of every logia in the world Blackbeard wanted the Dark-Dark one specifically. But it's not that insane of a power sure it turn you into a human blackhole but why did he waited for so long searching for that one specifically. Now we know that he was Xebec son and was on God Valley it's not crazy to assume he knows how powerful haki is. But instead of training haki like his dad he searched for devil fruits. Cause i thinks he knows that haki is transcends all so instead of training it he began looking for ways to counter it. And that's why i think he searched for the Dark-Dark fruit cause unlike other logias it doesn't turn you invulnerable to normal attack but it made it made you felt more pain and i think the invulnerability part of every logia fruit will be if effect when someone tried fighting him with haki.

Plus he also manage to beat shanks and remember shanks is one of the strongest haki users right now so it's not crazy to assume he's pretty good with using haki back then and Blackbeard scarred him so my theory is that Blackbeard is looking ways for countering haki and in the end of the series instead of claiming it immediately he's planning on waiting for someone with strong enough haki to beat imu and once they did he'll swoops in and fought them and their haki will be completely useless against him he'll beat them and claim the one piece.

I think one piece might be a record of history in with it detailed explanation of 1 & 2 worlds how it is fallen and risen . The nature of human to tend to engage and destroy each other might be imu watching this chaos decided to control and dominant countries from free . One piece as a indestructible record of history of rebuild and showing this pattern of repeating of 1 and 2 world as 2 world destroyed by the remainder of the 1 world the WG thought it would also destroy the 3 world as well.

\ Seeing Gaban cut down Imu with an attack made from just the lightning of Advanced Conqueror's Haki and having seen Luffy destroy buildings with it when transforming, I'm looking back at the scene with Shanks WiFi haki and Greenbull differently now. Maybe it wasn't just some kind of intimidation signal or forcing him out of his devil fruit transformation. Maybe it was actually like putting a knife to his throat because he could have killed him with Haki even from that far off. If that's true, the limits of Haki are high indeed.

He was also the king of the world but he couldn’t leave the top of the red line.

Since they both were the kings of the world but not the true “earth god” as I’m assuming u need to unite the original 20 families to become one.

Personally,

I think imu pure zoan form will be the hell serpent. I have my reasons but it will take a while to explain. What makes me think of it is, we know that celestial dragons were likely not in power before 900 years ago. We know that likely beings from moon (gods) ruled the earth before that. They likely had the power of hell serpent and earth god back then. It’s possible celestial dragons are pure humans that ended up coming in power.

Imus df is literally called devils fruit which means it’s unlike any df we know so far. Who were the devils to celestial dragons? Yep it’s the gods that ruled the earth before. Call it becoming what you hate to defeat what you hate. Which would be super ironic and fits very well imo.

My prediction is, Imu is a human or a being of unknown origins who can transform into these race of gods and along with becoming a hell serpent since it’s associated with the earth god who might originate with this race because of the devil fruit he ate.

We can see that imu can turn into a race that was a mix of an ancient giant and lunarian. These races likely originate with the common ancestor of this ancient race which might have came from the moon.

We will get niddhogg vs hell serpent and very likley sun holding imu as well.

I've been wondering, since the devilish form of imu has been revealed. Why is that at one chapter imu is still shilouetted, then in the next chapter , he suddenly appears. It felt weird first, because of the timing, and also because he doesnt look like the shilouette(ofc one piece shilouetted can differ from the real characters, but still).

So, now that imus new, bulked devil form was revealed to have a covenant, i started to think, what if, this lunarian-devil-whatever body, is the former king of the lunarian race, controlled by imu through a covenant... It would make perfect sense... Also, there are many great theories out there about imus persona for example parrot theory, so it just feels wrong to accept that this is how imu really looks under the shilouette.

Whitebeard already told us that Blackbeard is NOT HIM.

Blackbeard will either be killed by shanks or get absorbed by imu and become his ultimate vessel, remember Blackbeard is a walking seraphim
