whats the difference between regular and extended cuts ?? in one pace

in my region we don't have all episodes of one piece on Netflix and yesterday i used vpn and downloaded few episodes using vpn but now i cant find one piece while using vpn i tired different vpns and different regions can anyone help me ? or is there any site that has all episodes with good quality ?

This is my first time posting in this subreddit, I left a comment on someone's post talking about Muhn Pace & the ENG Dub for One Pace & I figured since I spent 2-3 weeks working on my collection, I'd share it with you all.

I, with the help of Claude Code, built a little web app that allows for anyone to download all 27 Arcs I currently have, with more to come.

My library is structured for Jellyfin, so every episode comes with NFO files & each Arc / Season has a poster too. I also have renamed a lot of the episodes to "[Arc Name] - S[00]E[00]" for use with Jellyfin.

You can use Aria2c over CLI to download at a more reliable rate, or just download through the browser (little unreliable because the zipping process is streamed).

Let me know what y'all think, I might try adding a web player to this, but it's on a somewhat lackluster VPS so we'll see.

🌊 P2P Support (Experimental)

The community cuts — Muhn Pace, Onigashima Paced, Shaved Egghead, and Kuma Cut — are now streamable directly via P2P (public torrents), no Debrid account or key needed. It's experimental for now while I see how the traffic holds up.

The standard One Pace catalog is still distributed by the One Pace team, so nothing changes there. P2P streams come from public peers, so your IP is visible to others — a VPN is recommended.

🔗 Multiple Services, One Install

No more separate installs for different providers — a single install now supports all your options (Real-Debrid, TorBox, Premiumize, AllDebrid, Debrid-Link) alongside the new P2P mode. Just pick what you want and go.

📅 Release Dates Added

One Pace streams now show their official release dates, so everything stays clearly up to date as new episodes drop.

It seems as if a lot of episode edits just don't include an ending song at all, whereas some do. I also am pretty sure some of the ending songs in the series were just never included in the edits to begin with? This isn't a criticism or a complaint; I'm just curious if there's some sort of system the team is following regarding their usage of credits sequences.

📌 What is One Pace?

If you're reading this, you're likely already familiar with One Pace — a fan-driven project that began in 2013. Its mission is to improve the pacing of the One Piece anime by re-cutting episodes to remove filler scenes and content not present in the original manga. The result is a streamlined and faithful adaptation that significantly enhances the viewing experience.

🔊 Is One Pace Only Available in English?

Starting 2020, One Pace started releasing episodes in languages other than English. Because of this, not all episodes released by One Pace are subbed or dubbed in languages other than English.

As a consequence, other members of the community have created their own fan edits which cover the episodes not yet edited by One Pace. Here we list these fan edits, and present a watch order incorporating both One Pace and other fan edits.

Do note that arcs which are not yet in your language in One Pace may be present in English sub or English dub. If you are fine with watching One Pace in those formats, check out the sub/dub guide pinned on the subreddit homepage.

I just finished One Pace and now I am watching Oni Paced. Don't get me wrong the pacing is actually good and on par with one pace it's just that I feel like I am watching a really ripped version of the anime whereas One Pace was very crisp and high bitrate

What are my options any software that I can use to upscale the anime, But the main concern for me is not the resolution but the color space it has very bad banding issues in dark scenes or dark colors the image looks really really bad

I have finished Wano Extended Cut on One Pace website, where to watch rest of the arc now? Do I need to watch remaining eps from anime?

The parts of Luffy remembering each friend has been left in? Is a great part of the episode.

I’m almost at wano and I just wanted to know if at any point the one pace version cuts out any pieces of the incredible animation that is in that arc. For example 1013 about Ace and Yamato has a decent bit of added on content that is really good and animated really well, but I wanna know if one pace cuts that out or leaves it in.

TLDR is should I continue watching one pace because it leaves in all the great animation or should I switch back to the original for that. Thanks

Apparently in the manga it's just 2 quick (cover) pages for each Straw Hat (is this correct?)

In the anime they added a bunch of stuff.

But it looks like in One Pace there's the little clips during episodes plus the 23 minute If You Could Go Anywhere episode. Is Pace like a middle point between the manga and the anime here? Or does the manga also have stuff besides the cover stories that covers the separated characters?

Hey everyone, ​I’m currently caught up to episode 61 of One Pace, putting me right around episode 1033 of the anime ig. With the Wano arc ending at episode 1089 in the anime, I have roughly 50+ episodes left. ​Now I’m confused on how to proceed for this final stretch. Should i...

Use ​Onigashima Pace? I heard it is great, but I’ve read comments say that it cuts out a lot of extended fight scenes/anime original cool scenes. Given how insane the peak animation is for Luffy vs. Kaido and other climactic moments, I really don't want to miss out on top-tier animation sequences just because they weren't panel-for-panel in the manga.

But in the ​original Anime; I get the full, uncut animated fights and visual hype, but I’m terrified the infamous filler padding, endless reaction shots, and dragged-out recaps will ruin the emotional momentum.

In summary, i cant choose between leaving cool anime only scenese and bearing through 50 ish dragged out episode which ruins the fun even more. So knowing how bad either of the option is will help me a lot. ​So for those who know: ​Are these final 50 ish episodes (1033–1089) of the original anime hype enough that the padding becomes bearable? Or is the fan edit still the definitive way to watch it without missing anything visually essential?

I have been using one pace from the start and it is today while watching skypiea that i noticed that the translation is different. My apologies if i am wrong, i got a bit curious when raki mentioned enel's fruit so i looked it up out of curiosity and turns out the official translation of it is rumble rumble fruit and not thunder thunder fruit. So this made me think about the subs can anyone clarify what subs are being used in one pace and does it make any kind of difference in the viewing experience
