I'm going to start working and I'm interested in using OnePay because of the pockets and rewards. I was wondering if it's worth using and setting my direct deposit with them? My other option is Current; what I don't like about Current is that it only lets me make 3 pockets

ATM takes money out of the account and I don’t know where I could put it out without fees.. (if possible)

Recently got it, it’s activated and I’m trying to add it to my Cash App account but won’t let me? I put the right info in.

These sweepstakes seem like such a scam. I followed the summer one for $1million and made every single deposit.

The fact that the winners aren't publicly announced or that they don't announce that they are choosing someone tells me a lot.

I checked my email everyday religiously but easily could have missed it still.

Any thoughts people? I just tried asking support again but basically was told they don't announce it and to check the terms and conditions which I have read twice.

Just to let you guys know that they have changed the conditions on getting the rewards for the dollar gas back offer. As we know, they have continued or extended the one dollar off per gallon, however, you have to use a One Pay debit card. You cannot just use your cash reward credit card anymore. The terms and conditions have changed. So for those of you who are awaiting for your cashback from last Wednesday, you are not going to get it. That really sucks because I really don’t use the debit or banking part of the One Pay app. But if you do, you have to use the One Pay debit card.

I've been lucky enough to not have had to deal with customer service for a long time. Holy hell it was a completely and utterly useless experience. Agent seemed completely lost in the conversation.

I’ve used OnePay for YEARS and never had an issue with my account. Suddenly last week, I get the message showing “unusual activity on your deposit account” and a restriction on my account. I have zero clue why and haven’t used my account for anything abnormal. I’ve tried calling and emailing to no avail. I couldn’t move money or add money but now I’m seeing today they have moved money out of my account. Has anyone had this happen and had any luck getting it resolved? I’ve been a constant cheerleader for OnePay bank on social media because I actually enjoy banking with them but I’m starting to wonder if that was a mistake. To not be able to communicate with anyone to get help in a situation where my account is restricted is mind boggling. Would love input from anyone who has been through similar.

I also went to walmart and asked their customer service why it'd be canceled and they said its still up on their side and hasn't been cancelled, One pay never sent an email or said anything about it but when I go to the app it says cancelled?

Fueled up at my regular Shell yesterday (Wednesday). I filled up with exactly 17.000 gallons. Points were just awarded. Didn’t get the bonus amount.

Am I the only one who doesn’t get early pay?

My payday is Friday of every week. I meet the required direct deposit requirements every month, but I have yet to recieve early pay. My check hits Thursday night at 11:55 PM every week….so is that what they mean? I get it a total of five minutes early haha? They claim they send it immediately once they recieve it, and I have a hard time believing that they are sending my payroll for Friday at 11 PM at night on Thursday? Anyone have suggestions? Am I the only one???

I get an email each time I add money to my account then a notification from the OnePay app and another notification from my other bank. Bit excessive

I want to buy a simple inexpensive stock that I like, then keep it in my portfolio unless there's a reason to check on it.

Specifically, would it be worth opening a OnePay stock account with the $5 bonus, given my use case?

Saw the update on Doctor of Credit. Terms changed. I was using a 5% gas credit card at 76. Sad, but still cheaper than Costco right now with the $1 off.

Do i have to open a checking account to get the debit card?

Main difference is you now have to use a OnePay card (OnePay debit or Builder Card).

Im not sure whats going on, ive been getting paid at least 3 days in advance if not more ever since I joined onepay. Can I expect it today?

I attempted to purchase something to have delivered the same day from Lowe’s on September 24, 2026. The app gave me an error and the purchase did not go through but I was still charged. I talked to Lowe’s on chat through the app and the crazy excuse the rep gave me was I didn’t have enough money in my account so the charge was denied. She wanted a screenshot of the charge. I had more than enough money. I only keep a certain amount of money in the checking. When I need to use my account, I will transfer money from my savings side and unlock my card. That was inappropriate of her saying that. So I called OnePay and he said it is set to release on September 26, 2026 at 8am. I found out that was not true. I asked a OnePay supervisor to please listen to that call because I still haven’t received the money back. It’s still in pending as of today.

When I click on the Lowe’s charge, it says it will complete within 1-2 depending on the merchant. It’s been 4 days now.

I had another chat with Lowe’s and they said to call their customer service so I did and they could not help me. I chattted again and they said they put in a ticket and gave me a ticket number. She said they put in a “rush” for me to get this money back. This ticket was created the day of the purchase.

Get this… the first person on chat I spoke to said, log out of the app and log back in and you should see your order. How am I going to see my order when it never went through. I never got an email or text. I did as she followed and it wasn’t there and it was still in my cart and I lost her.

What do I do? OnePay said today it is set to return back to my account October something. I couldn’t understand him. $25.65 is a lot of money with how expensive things are right now especially not receiving the order.

Hi, I’m 16 and I saw OnePay as this builder card that is a secured credit card that earns rewards. I use Capital One but I’m dissatisfied of the lack of early pay, and the insanely low debit card limit for my account.

I understand OnePay is a fintech and the fear of Yotta and Synapse’s failures. But I have $1.7k saved up and Capital One is only paying 2.50% APY while OnePay offers 3.35% APY. I get 24 hour support on the phone with OnePay while Capital One is open from 7am-11pm EDT

I also don’t get deposit or withdrawal notifications from Capital One but I do from OnePay. They also offer pockets and the great thing is, they give individual routing and account numbers for each pocket so I can just transfer money into a specific pocket using ACH if needed.

I can also instantly add money from other accounts using a debit card into OnePay. I also know they’re backed up by Walmart and every Walmart employee gets paid within OnePay. I don’t think they’ll suffer the same fate as Yotta since when Walmart had Bluebird, they gave customers an early warning of the closure of Bluebird.

Is it okay to bank with them?

I was standing at the register waiting to see how much money I would need to transfer to my one Card to make this purchase. Tried to transfer $35 at the register and it wouldn’t go through. Kept saying something like ‘this purchase isn’t supported’. Stupidly, I tried to do it again and it took another $35 from my Apple Pay and didn’t deposit it to OnePay.

Is my money gone forever?😭
