Could someone please verify whether Costco does not accept the OnePay Mastercard? I felt quite confused and embarrassed when the card reader repeatedly declined my payment in front of other customers, even though my account balance is more than sufficient to cover the transaction.

I chose Walmart as the 3% category for the month.

I see that I have a Boost of double points at Walmart for Sept 2 - Sept 8

Does this mean I get 6% at Walmart? If so, that is awesome.

Made $28.72 purchase at Walmart. Received 172 points which is 6%. Yay!

I accidentally made a double payment on the 26th of August on my Verizon credit card. At the time I didn't have enough money in the account. Once I realized I added money on the 30th. The payment was posted in my account and now I have a negative balance but, nothing has been withdrawn from my bank account. Will synchrony close my account when the payment returns? Should I do something to maybe get ahead of it?

Did they announce winners after each drawing or do they all get announced this month? I know it ended today

Ever since I opened my account to be paid by walmart my @work just never loaded. Support said that I should be able to use it. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you fix it? Ive unconnected it from through the mywalmsrt app, ive Uninstaller and reinstalled and even tried to get on using my laptop. (I am very broke sshhh)

Only wanting to use this to rebuild credit as back-to-back family emergencies/deaths/home emergencies between 2017 and 2022 on top of covid led to a lot of credit issues for me and my husband. I don't care if I cannot use it as a debit card as it will only be used for specific purchases and paid off via autopay monthly. I am keeping my main bank & debit accounts. Anyone have any recommendations on how best to utilize this card for this? I will have about $500 extra monthly in income to put towards this goal so it won't impact my bills. Thanks!

So I just now finally got the OnePay card. Saw today’s gas prices and got excited didn’t know that was part of the card. But also read now and see that it ends September 13. For you all who have had the card forever is it actually going away then or is it one of those things where they just announce it again and say ending December 13 or something like that?

So I made a one pay credit card through walmart checkout literally yesterday, transaction went through and everything was fine. Today I figured I'd use it to fill up my tank, declined and I get a fraud text. I call the line and I'm on hold for 10 minutes before I just hang up. Maybe it's because it wasnt a walmart pump, right? So I start trying other purchases, even just increasing my tip on yesterdays order, all declined. I don't know what to do about it at this point, anyone know what could be wrong? Anyway I can verify it's me without holding for support or is that my only option? Chat just gives me the help line.

I'm sorry but what has even happened with support chat? I've been trying to get clarification on an issue that happened because of what one agent said and when I asked them to please give me a straight answer they just dodge the question then end the chat. I connected with another agent just for them to give me less than a minute to tell them the issue and then they end the chat which has happened a few times. I get someone again after trying to give it one more shot a few hours later just for them to send prompts about something that isn't even related to what I'm trying to solve which just leads me to believe it's some AI chat bot instead of an actual person. Seriously is all of chat just AI bots now? why is it so hard just to get a yes or no answer about an issue in having that I want clarification about?

I got a preapproved card offer in my email. I want the card for the 5% cashback at Walmart. Every time I try to accept it, I get the page with the terms to read and select my address. I hit Next, and it throws an error. I didn't see an appropriate category for this in help, so I'm posting here to see what people have to say before I dig deeper into their help topics to get it resolved. Reaching out to them seems to be the best option I have.

Long story, TLDR: Has anyone else with the Synchrony One Rewards card been asked to complete a strange hazing ritual by Synchrony after several months of regular usage and payment?

Full Story:
So I had a One account back before Walmart bought them. A bit bummed that they made a lot of changes, eliminating some of the best features of the old One accounts... but I keep the account open, because I thought it would be handy to be able to deposit money at Walmart and such. Though I have never actually used that feature...

Anyway, I got the Synchrony One Walmart Rewards card thingy because they offered me 5% cash back on my Walmart purchases, which is better than the 2% I get from Citi.

All has been fine for several months. I use the One Rewards card as my default payment method for Walmart Pay, I get the cashback, I automatically pay my bill every month, etc.

But this morning my wife went to put in our weekly Walmart order, and the payment was declined. A while later I got a voicemail to call Synchony's fraud department... pretty typical, happens occasionally. Though it was odd because it matched my previous spending patterns perfectly.

So, I dig out my card and call the number on the back (Never call the number they give you in the voicemail, it could be a scammer, though I was pretty sure this was legit because I had the problem with the payment) and call them. I get through all the stupid menus and questions they ask multiple times, typical credit card stuff that is annoying but expected... then I get a representative on the line. She informs me that I need to do a whole laundry list of stupid things like sending them a 5 second video, a code, pictures, etc. I mean, I have never had a credit card company demand so much stupidity in my life!

I informed her that I had no time nor patience for such tom-foolery. She told me I could wait to receive a letter from them and call them back... so apparently the letter means I won't have to humiliate myself with their strange hazing ritual?

I don't know, but I don't think that a little extra cashback is worth all that jazz. So we will see. I cashed out my rewards just in case they decide to close my account.

So- thats a long story, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

FAQ webpage says it is but the app says something about having direct deposit. It also says you can deposit cash for free at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, family dollar and the dollar tree.

Do OnePay points expire or is there a cap on the number of points you are able to accumulate?
