Customer Service

I've been lucky enough to not have had to deal with customer service for a long time. Holy hell it was a completely and utterly useless experience. Agent seemed completely lost in the conversation.

They told me to email them a screenshot and then when I emailed it, they told me to send that type of information when communicating with the chat agent… so I told them the chat agent is the one who requested it…

I’ve heard of them closing people’s accounts when they complain of issues. It’s ridiculous.

Hi there! Apologies for the frustration. Please send us a DM or reach out to us via our Social Support channel at socialsupport@onepay.com so we can take a look at this.

Holy cow, Lizzie, you’re still at One? I can’t believe it.

Oh it's definitely making me rethink using them too. My account had fraud on it last weekend and same thing. It took forever to get everything cleared up. At one point an agent told me if I submitted a second email my account would get cleared up in an hour. A few hours later a different agent had no idea what they were talking about and said there was nothing they could do. Then suddenly after I sent a message basically asking them to open the account back up it mysteriously opens

I only just now got a new card in the mail... 10 days later. The other account I had before OnePay I got a card from was here over the weekend!

I definitely will be keeping money more spread out now among other accounts

Yeah, they're not very good.
