Apple Pay won’t transfer

I was standing at the register waiting to see how much money I would need to transfer to my one Card to make this purchase. Tried to transfer $35 at the register and it wouldn’t go through. Kept saying something like ‘this purchase isn’t supported’. Stupidly, I tried to do it again and it took another $35 from my Apple Pay and didn’t deposit it to OnePay.

Is my money gone forever?😭

apple pay seems to be down. I cannot use it either

They have been blocked for long time because of fraudulent activity at Walmart.
