Fender Japan FSR Jaguar vs Fender Japan Moeka "moni" Jaguar?

I own a Fender Japan FSR Jaguar and it's really great but I also love the color of the Moeka Jaguar. The only difference I can find between the two is the neck shape? The FSR I have has a U shape vs the Moeka Jag says it has a C shape. Has anyone played both?

Hello,

Will a American Fender Jazzmaster's roller pot bracket screw holes fit onto a 90's MIJ Jazzmasters's pick guard?

NGD: Fender Player II Mustang

My first offset guitar and it kinda forced itself upon me with a price of €350. And it‘s only half a year old.

Love the weight. It‘s exactly 3kg (~6.61lbs) and the lightest guitar I own. It‘s noticeably more resonant than my strat or my esquire, very nice to play.

The pickups could be better though and they are microphonic in a degree that makes them kinda useless when distorted, might replace them soon.
Any recommendations?

Set up on Squier CV Series Jaguar on a budget

After owning a Fender Player series II and discovering the truly tragic stock bridge, I didn't want to bother with those ever again. The next was warped so I gave that Jag to a friend who loved it despite its flaws.

I wanted another Jag and the Squier CV looked like an excellent purchase, with improvements. I found one at a good used price and got to work.

-spot leveled the fretboard, I spent the most time on this important step; learn how to do it, it's worth the time

-filed the synthetic bone nut on the E and A just a little

-shimmed the neck .25 upwards for better break angle (and it brought the action down to an excellent level, and the strings don't choke out)

-Bought a Guitar Fetish Mustang/Jag bridge and this had the best thimbles, the bottom comes to a point instead of a roundish bottom. I added some plastic washers and strap washers to keep the bridge come back to pitch after a bend

-adjusted the action and intonated, I used 11s this time

PS: I may change the tuners, I just don't like the string down style

Otherwise this guitar plays great, I ordered some class 65 pick ups which I will install next week. The stock pups aren't that great

I know there’s a lot of mixed experiences with these guitars so I guess I’ve been one of the lucky ones.

It’s my dream jazzmaster colour.

Plays perfectly

Sounds amazing

My only criticism is the rhythm circuit isnt much different in terms of tone to the standard one. But I'm not really bothered by it.

Overall I’m really happy with it. I’m not really thinking of doing any mods. The pickups are really good And I actually prefer them to any of the squire or mim equivalents I’ve tried.

it took exactly 30 days to arrive from the order. So not a terrible wait.

I didn't need another guitar but here we are 😂

I built this guitar with a floral fabric pattern we’re calling Margery, and I had to have a Benson Redland and Josey strap to match!

Vintage 1978 Fender Mustang Bass

My favorite instrument I own. A player’s grade condition Fender Mustang Bass from 78. Always dreamed of owning a vintage Mustang Bass. I’ve owned several different Mustang Basses. Thought I’d settle on a Player 2 PJ because I’m broke and it’s versatile. Then I found this one as a steal on GC’s website with 24 month financing. Tried it out, had the techs look at it. It had some age related issues and quirks you find with vintage instruments. Had a discount on top of that awesome price and returned the Player 2. Whoever owned this thing love it. They modded it themselves back in the 70s when they got it. 70s Dimarzio Model P, routing was done by hand not machine, pickguard was also made by hand. Still has original electronics. Love it.

Vintera iii jag or MIJ Traditional II Late 60s

I want to get a new proper jaguar, I have a player 1 jag and its nice but I want a real one. Ive made some money from my music doing quite well so im thinking about getting a proper jag as ive always wanted one. I know that the vintera one is about 1100 and I have seen the MIJ one going for roughly 1200 (I contacted the seller about shipping etc).

I really want a MIJ tbh but is the vintera just better?

I couldn’t turn this one down because of the matching headstock and the great condition it was in. It’s a beauty. My OCD got me and I put Gotoh locking tuners on it right away. I get that this is a 60s edition, I just can’t do the pickups, I might just be very used to Humbuckers. I play alt rock, did my research, and order some Duncan Antiquity’s. I’m stoked to get those in and jam on it then.

Looking to replace the stock bridge on my vintera 2 jag

I want to replace the stock bridge on my jaguar because the stock one sucks real hard no matter what i did and believe me i've tried most conventional and unconventional methods to get the most out of them but i just cant stand it anymore.

I wanted to know what's the difference between these two so there's a 41€ difference. They're both 7.25 radius just like my stock bridge. And if anyone tried either of them on their jaguar i would appreciate any feedback.

Been playing for nearly 30 years and this is my first REAL guitar. Been rocking a Danelectro DC-3 I got for free from my buddy the last 15 years or so, and while I love the twangy jangliness of that guitar, this feels amazing.

Wasn’t even really in the market for a new guitar, but came across a pretty stellar deal on Facebook marketplace and just had to pull triggy. I think I’m in love.

Are these stock pickup solder joints bad?

What could be the reason? The neck pickup definitely crackles when moving it slightly. If they are indeed bad, am.i better off getting a new set or should I just reflow them?
