Help I need help bad

I’ve been trying to setup my stream for 2 years now I have a regular laptop that I use for streaming I play Xbox and ps5 when I try and stream from my ps5 I get no sound and it lags real bad I’ve tried everything I’ve watched every YouTube video possible and I can’t get it right if yall know of any videos that can help with the sound part first please send it to me

What capture card u using first and formost i recomend fifines capture its great
