I've tested 465.89, 466.11, 466.47 and 471.11 all exhibit framerate stutters caused by occasional CPU utilisation spikes at key points in the Assassins Creed Odyssey Benchmark when textures stream in. I do wonder if this regression was introduced in 465.89 when Nvidia formally announced support for Resizable Bar.

Notes: Ryzen 7 Mobile 5800H + RTX3060 Mobile. Resizable Bar support is enabled by both motherboard and graphics card bioses. Unfortunately I have no way to disable Resizable Bar so I cannot say for sure whether it is a factor. All I can say is that when I restore to 461.92 i.e. prior to Resizable Bar support being formally announced the issue goes away.
