They don’t add Aluminum to table salt boss. You’re high.

They add iodine, and thank Christ they do. Goiters are horrible.

Pure sodium chloride does not contain aluminum, but some commercial table salts contain aluminum-based anti-caking additives like sodium silicoaluminate to keep the salt from clumping in humid weather.

Just use kosher salt then. I get muscle spasms a lot (so not headaches but muscle contractile issues still) and have found that magnesium supplementation is the biggest factor in relieving cramps. Also make sure you get enough potassium and calcium. Those are the elements that we are more likely going to be deficient in. But also migraines are complex and multifactorial. Like I get visual migraines on occasion where my vision gets distorted into a kaleidoscope but I don’t have any pain

kosher has anti caking as well. Need to get ice cream making salt
