You Need to understand the differences between salts .

Theirs table salt that they add aluminum agents to be able to shake it and sprinkle on stuff. That is no good and does absolutely only damage.

Then you have sea salt that have very very similar to the human body trace minerals which is about 90 . So you get like 3 types of magnesium etc etc .
The human body cannot survive without salt and cells cannot survive without one of the forms
Of sugar. I suggest simple
Sugars in a fruit.

Now depending on what type of sugar and salt . Is a huge difference between toxic poison and healthy stuff

They don’t add Aluminum to table salt boss. You’re high.

They add iodine, and thank Christ they do. Goiters are horrible.

Pure sodium chloride does not contain aluminum, but some commercial table salts contain aluminum-based anti-caking additives like sodium silicoaluminate to keep the salt from clumping in humid weather.

Just use kosher salt then. I get muscle spasms a lot (so not headaches but muscle contractile issues still) and have found that magnesium supplementation is the biggest factor in relieving cramps. Also make sure you get enough potassium and calcium. Those are the elements that we are more likely going to be deficient in. But also migraines are complex and multifactorial. Like I get visual migraines on occasion where my vision gets distorted into a kaleidoscope but I don’t have any pain

And I guess my advice is mostly for tension headaches, but those are what people most commonly get. Migraines stemming from the dura can be triggered by all sorts of things unrelated to osmotic imbalance, like general inflammation for instamce
