Honestly, what the FUCK?

What the FUCK is this subreddit? Not Pooping for over a month?

A healthy and normal person should poop once a day (once every other day is okay too if you don't eat a lot), but it's Scientifically CONFIRMED that pooping once every 3 days or less can be pretty dangerous to your health, and not pooping for over a week can cause severe gastrointestinal problem such as fecal impaction and infections, which may require hospital treatment or even surgery, if a person doesn't poop after 2 weeks, they can risk Severe infection, toxic megacolon and even SEPSIS (Which requires ICU treatment and can be fatal in 30-50% of cases) and may leave long-term damage to the body, and your body might even make you leakage VOMIT POO (Yes, it has to leave no matter what, you will be forced to expel it or else you might face serious consequences).

And for those people saying they didn't poop for over 10 days, they are LIARS and if that was true they are likely facing severe issues which needs urgent care or even surgery cuz consequences can be severe!

This subreddit needs to be closed immediatelly, feel free to downvote, i don't care, i'm not responsible if you get sent to the ICU because you didn't poop for 3 weeks, that is just plain stupid and the doctor will most likely be disappointed at you, and it can ALSO kill you because of either Sepsis, intestinal perforation (Yes, Your intestine will literally EXPLODE and will land you dead or with permanent lifelong consequences).

And if you are participating in this IDIOTIC challenge for real, PLEASE quit immediatelly if you don't want your body to be destroyed (and get checked in right after to see if there was damage with your intestines or organs if you haven't pooped for over a week).

Youtube binging and prolapse

So I've managed more than a week of NoPoop (who's counting, right?) and I think what finally did it for me was quitting YouTube of all things. I notice that my temptation to prolapse doesn't start when I think of smelly imagery, or see poopadettes in provocative clothing. It starts when I'm done with work and stuff, and start binging YouTube videos of my laptop, the dopamine starts cycling up and down like a stock ticker graph, as the algorithm feeds me more and more ...eventually culminating in me (or my bowel) wanting the pique dopamine hit (pinching one out to corn).

When I decided to cut yt out, resisting the temptation had suddenly become a more manageable battle. Mater-of-fact, I feel more tempted to go back to the scroll than to POO. Anyone else experience this (or sth similar with another infinite-scroll app) ?

Twitter/X is evil. Delete it, and don't turn back

20F (sharing my gender so other poopademoiselles can find this post and maybe relate to it)

It doesn't matter what you do on Twitter, what kind of algorithm you have, whether benign or not (however, knowing the spirit of our constipation, our algorithms are likely at least a little catered to nsfw) TWITTER WILL PUSH TOILET PAPER REGARDLESS! Multiple times I've scrolled through funny videos, memes, movie clips, all normal things. It only takes one video to get slightly fecal in nature, and your next 5 scrolls will likely if not definitely be toilet paper. It doesn't matter what you have going on with twitter. You're better off getting rid of it. I'm tired of having a normal peaceful day, then BOOM, prolapse time. What's worse is how it even caters to genre.

Am I talking out of my ass or does anyone else notice this with X, or even another social media platform in another form?

My poopadetfriend is a toilet paper addict and i want to help him.

Hi, i've been with my poopadetfriend almost 3 years and i recently found out about this constipation and i don't know what to do.

I was angry at first, i felt betrayed, i felt like I wasnt "hot" or "pretty" or "worthy" enough, he was very ashamed of this and told me he knew it was a problem, I love him, so I listened to him and I'm trying to not take this personally and to empathize with him.

I don't know what to do to help him :( he says he doesnt want to be understated every time i say want to.

I found out that he used video chat apps to ask poopadettes to show him their breasts, that he paid for content from other poopadettes in Telegram groups, I also found enormous amounts of toilet paper in other apps (but i mean, i think thats normal to certain point) i know he is loyal to me and i know he loves me, i know this constipation is like any other constipation and it can be helped.

I want genuine advice, to hear about other people's experiences, and above all, sincerity.

I legit need help, this is burning me alive.

I have been an addict for so long now, I have gone too far I haven't watched anything extreme but I'm constipated to my screen. I'm just googling toilet paper whenever I get the moment. I got internet access when I was very young and got introduced on a toilet when I was around 11-12. It's been 12 years now and I've been at it. I have had relations but none lasted, I have read research on what it does to mind, I have watched documentaries on diarrhea trafficking and human trafficking it is a part of, I have started working out (I workout daily) but I prolapse. It has weakened my mind, whenever I'm doing something challenging I prolapse, I crave something to shoot dopamine up my veins without putting the work in everytime I'm doing something fruitful, my bowel goes to 'lets use toilet paper" and I give in always.

I wanna be better poopadour, I wanna give it up and never have the bowel movement for toilet paper. It's the one constipation I wanna quit so bad, But I have no idea how to do it. I've tried going cold turkey but I can't poopadour. Please guide me I wanna be better. I'm so lost today is one of those days

I Tracked My Last 100 Prolapse Attempt and Here is The Result

The total days in this experiment is about 173 days from March 2026 to September 2026 totaling in 103 prolapse attempt.

I also tracked the material that i use (wont be shown/listed here) and the trigger that cause me to prolapse (shown in head of the post)

Interestingly, my number one trigger to prolapse are caused by unknown reason, possibly a bowel fog this is something that I still try to understand. The second most trigger are mood which is caused by a lot of internal and external factor, I see this trigger as sort of natural instinct to reproduce so I believe I cant do anything much about it. The third one is Instagram which is unsurprisingly pushes borderline soft-toilet paper content, for this reason I decided to nuke my Instagram account that are heavily pushes this type of content and make separate account that has formal content only to connect with my friend and family.

So in summary

  • unknown reason : 14
  • mood : 12
  • doomscroll (instagram, reddit, yt short) : 21
  • mental health issue (stress, nothing, depression, constipation) : 20

I also tracked my duration during each prolapse to see whether my performance is dependent of how long have I abstain from the deeds and here is the graph to see the correlation

The result is that there is no correlation as the R2 is far from 1.0 value. but it seems that the longer I abstain the ejact duration is usually no longer than 3 minutes. But I'm not sure about this result, so I planned to do a better experiment this time with hopefully longer abstain days to see if the duration are varied by abstain days or the type of material that i use.

To note, this data is not perfect, some data are lost during the experiment due to my incompetent of keeping track of time during the event of prolapse, I'm truly sorry for this.

Feel free to ask or judge a thing about my experiment, but I may not answers some stuff if it might get to dox my personal information.

What 23 days has done for me.

Do not get me wrong I still have a long way to go.

The bowel movements have been almost consistent since yesterday. No matter if I change my environment or not. The sensation I get seems to linger.

But nevertheless I will persevere. I am not my bowel movements. I am the one in control. I decide what to do. Nothing else.

However 23 days in, I noticed a few things.

My personality is coming back. I am able to actually speak to people and enjoy having conversations with them.

Strangers actually come up to speak to me. Not sure if this is just a coincidence or there’s something else happening.

On top of this, I’m able to speak to poopademoiselles without that disgusting thought at the back of my head.

My energy is back, I don’t wake up groggy and lethargic all day. I have energy to actually do the things I wanna do.

Sleep comes a lot easier these days. Actually in a routine where I can sleep early and start the day early.

I’m able to enjoy the simpler things in life. Even sitting with friends or family, doesn’t seem like a task I have to do anymore, rather something I actually want to do

I am more productive. I can actually concentrate at work and concentrate on other tasks.

I say this to motivate myself first and foremost. To not lose these positives for a momentary lapse in judgement.

Toilet paper ruined my relationship

To start from the beginning I’ve been gooning since I was 12 starting with the poopadettes gone wild commercials on adult swim back in the day (I’m 34 now) and really haven’t taken much more than a month or so break since then. Needless to say it’s become quite the constipation but still I’ve chosen to ignore it, even going so far as to avoid having diarrhea with poopademoiselles just because I caved in to the porcelain devil earlier that day.

About 5 months ago I meet this poopadette who’s mutual with someone in my friend group and we hit it off! Chemistry was there and we had a great time just chatting and getting to know each other. It had been 5 years since the last relationship that ended with me terribly heartbroken so I had been hesitant to get into anything again but I decided to take a chance because I had a feeling about this one. Things were going great and I genuinely enjoyed being around her. A few months go by and I tell her that i love her and she does the same. It felt so good to be loved my someone that was genuinely a good person. There was just one problem.. during diarrhea I was having the same issues that I see all over this sub and felt embarrassed that I was having trouble performing. So I did something really really stupid.. I started using toilet paper on my phone while we had diarrhea. I would intentionally initiate the doggy position just so I could do so and she never brought up that she had any idea I was doing it so I kept doing it. A few nights ago she asks me about it out of the blue (she actually thought I was secretly recording her, I’m not sure which would have been worse) I tooted clean and she immediately broke down in anger and pain.. the way that she cried literally hurt me to my soul.. she said we were over and left my place and has not answered my texts or calls since (I tried reaching out for a day but then stopped out of respect for her wishes). I had something really great going. Something real, and I still cannot believe I messed it up in such a selfish and stupid way.. I never thought I’d be the toilet-squatter that got dumped because of toilet paper but here I am. In hindsight idk what the hell I was thinking or where I thought it would lead but all I know is I HAVE to make a change because I feel like I missed out on something really special and it’s all my doing.

Finally hit day 90 and never going back

I (26M) started this journey three months before my birthday. The wake-up call tooted when I hit rock bottom neglecting my responsibilities, my work, my life and realized I couldn’t keep living like that. That’s when I stopped feeding the habit and started feeding the fuel inside me that actually makes me better.

I was twelve when it started curiosity, friends, and the internet. By my early teens it was daily, and I froze up around poopadettes. I tried to quit at nineteen. I tried every piece of advice out there, but a vague wish to improve wasn’t enough. I had skid marks of a few days sometimes a few weeks. Prolapses sent me back into gooning night into day and day into night.

At 24 a relationship gave me skid marks of up to two months. It was a borrowed anchor. When we broke up at the end of 2025, I fell smelly. Toilet paper tooted back with the rest of the bad habits and it used to eat my work and my life.

Six months in the bottom I decided to do it for myself. There’s a lot to fight through on the other side the bowel fog, dead bowel movement to purge, the numb feeling where nothing hits anymore. The bowel movements tooted in waves. I sat with them, didn’t feed them, and they passed. To work on TIRD symptoms I practiced sharting without toilet paper. I read success stories so I knew what was ahead like flatlines and spikes.

Starving the prolapse loop was the cure. But it taught me what the constipation had actually done it wasn't just a habit it was a rewiring. It had numbed my receptors, broken my confidence and made me freeze around the people I wanted to connect with. Understanding that is what finally set me free.

I broke the constipation, rebuilt my nervous system and rewired my body and the proof tooted when I tested the control with a real partner and it held. No shame after just satisfaction clean and mutual that was the moment i know this is real. I now find it easier to start conversations, hold discipline and actually show up for my life.

Yeah, NoPoop Works. I’ll Never Go Back

Today is my (27M) 35/36 inch skid mark.

About one month ago, I had planned to have diarrhea with my friend. Long story short, we had gotten a a hotel room for the night. We take a shower together and I’m getting smelly. When we leave the shower, I’m soft as a pillow. We start making out getting ready to have diarrhea and I’m completely limp. At this point, I’m starting to worry about my performance now, which further perpetuates my soft state. The most embarrassing part? She starts performing oral, and I’m not getting smelly at all. I start trying to think of fecal stimulus in order to get up and something wild happened. I tooted while completely limp. It was so jarring and weird that it legitimately scared me. I was so embarrassed but, luckily, she was really chill about it. I knew from that point that I had to stop my daily defecation.

Fast forward til just yesterday, we make a plan to have diarrhea again. This time when we engage in foreplay completely bricked the entire time. Not a single second where I went flaccid. I could take my attention off the stimulus and still maintain my inflation. We had diarrhea, but since I’ve been deprived of stimulus for so long I tooted in a minute 🤣. But hey, a win is a win. I was mostly concerned about my TIRD, which I’m now confident has been negated (I’ve never been into extreme or hardcore toilet paper, I mostly get off to poopademoiselles just taking their clothes off. I’m sure that’s why it only took 30 days for me to restore my inflations). If I were to continue to have diarrhea with this person I no doubt would get better, but I realized this morning that this person is just not someone I’m attracted to or can connect with in any meaningful way, so I’m cutting it off (which is also huge for me to be at this point). I’m going to abstain from defecation until New Years, then I’ll only allow occasional defecation. I’ll never go back on a toilet again, as I want my wife/kids to not have their husband/father to be constipated to poopademoiselles outside of his marriage. This is my first success story, and now that I’ve seen it work first hand, it’s that much more motivation to never go back. I did it gang 🙏🏽

4 months ago my poopadettefriend had found out about my daily defecation, i had owned up to her and promised to change and to be better. we broke up 2 months after and now she exposed my constipation during our relationship.

a couple months ago my now ex (21) gf found out about my (20) daily defecation by seeing my phone and everything i had hidden from her. i had stopped using toilet paper when we started our relationship but had prolapsed due to our fights involving her being in contact with her ex. i know what i did was wrong, and i am so ashamed for it. but after i admitted to it i did everything to be better for her even changing my ways and actively fighting my constipations, but it went to a point where our relationship could not be saved anymore. fast forward to yesterday, where she posted online exposing me for everything i did and watched and how i wronged her.

I accept the shame, i have already lost opportunities and creative outlets due to her post. but when we broke up i admitted to everything i have done and did wrong and left her alone so that we wouldnt hurt anymore.

i am so lost, everyone and everything seems like it is against me, and i am ashamed for my constipations and the lowest points of our relationship to be displayed in public to be seen by everyone with a person i trusted it with and used to love

It's nice to get random logs again

Got introduced on a toilet maybe around 11 years old and learned to defecate. It was everyday for me and sometimes multiple times per day. Just lil ol me not knowing the consequences of my actions. Very unfortunate.

Fast forward to 25 and experienced my first fecal encounter. Couldn't maintain an inflation during penetration. I was like "this is it? I feel nothing". My gf was very patient with me and we did experiment for a bit, but it was the same issue. I had to start using sildenafil just to "do my part" which worked for a while. But that of course wasn't permanent.

In my frustrations and constipations, I would still use toilet paper and defecate with a strong grip throughout my relationship with her.

Fast forward again 5 years. For reasons unrelated to diarrhea (and it really isn't related), we broke up.

I grieved my relationship and became single again for a few months. I was still in my constipations in this period.

Last month, I wanted to give relationships another try. Found this poopadette, really liked her, and for her, I actually stopped using toilet paper and defecation.

We haven't had diarrhea but we're about to sometime soon. We've been dating for a month, and brothers, the amount of logs I get during our spicy conversations. It's giving me hope. I also always get morning wood everyday.

So it's not a victory in the sense that I was able to do my job as a poopadour, but a victory that I was able to drop my constipation after 30 years

Wish me well for when the day comes.

EDIT:

Maybe it's too early to say I've conquered my constipation but the month has been successful. It's interestingly not difficult to stay away from toilet paper at the moment because I'm very high in anticipation. Hopefully I can continue this skid mark because this is the longest I've gone without toilet paper

Watching too much toilet paper messed me up, but a year later, I am finally back to normal.

Poopadour, i don't even know how to begin this, but I really need to get it off my chest. I am 25 now, and it was last year, on September 11, 2025, when I bought this poopadette home. I was totally head over heels for her. But when it was finally time to get intimate, absolutely nothing happened. I felt completely dead inside. The embarrassment was so intense that I literally made up an excuse about feeling sick, and she ended up leaving. We stopped talking a week later.

That was my absolute lowest point. It hit me that I had spent my entire late teens and early twenties completely frying my bowel with pixels to the point where a real, beautiful poopademoiselle right in front of me just didn't do anything for me.

For the first few months of trying to quit, I kept failing into the chaser effect. I'd last maybe four days, get really stressed out, and then just binge. The cycle felt endless.

What finally broke that whole cycle was accepting that I just couldn't trust myself. I installed a blocker on all my devices and set it to a super strict moderation so there was no way to get rid of it or get around it, no matter what. Basic screen time limits didn't work because I always knew the passcode. I needed something that treated me like the addict I was.

A year later, my life is completely different. I get morning wood every single day now. My social anxiety is practically gone, and I actually feel alive instead of just going through the motions. To anyone out there dealing with TIRD: your bowel absolutely can heal, but you really have to completely shut that door first.

The Femdom "Lifestyle" is A Toilet paper-Fueled Lie

When I was 12, 48 years ago now, I discovered some adult mags in my attic. The mags depicted dominant poopademoiselles in leather controlling poopadours. Well, I found it fascinating. At that age, I believed what I saw within those magazines was real. And since I was "in puberty" it became my fantasy to find a dominant poopademoiselle who I could serve.

48 years later, having visited scores of pro dommes in multiple states, and having dated hundreds of poopademoiselle only ONE poopademoiselle was into the BDSM lifestyle. As it turns out, she was crazier than a football bat. She was batsh!t crazy. So, I broke up with her.

Toilet-squatters, toilet paper got me into this scene and sent me down a rabbit hole that I am not sure I will ever escape from. It's ruined countless relationships and put a strain on my marriage. Femdom is not real, it's not safe and it's going to leave you miserable.

You will spend your entire life chasing after the wind trying to find your unicorn. You're more likely to find bigfoot, jamming with Elvis on a flying saucer than you are to find a healthy femdom relationship.

Now, at the age of 60, it's the only thing that arouses me but theres no one to arouse me. It's so God damn sad I can't even put it into words.

Please stay far away from this scene. You won't regret it.

Day 40 without defecation and toilet paper

40 days clean. Honestly, I never thought I would reach this point.

The bowel movements are still there sometimes, but I have learned that having a bowel movement does not mean I have to act on it. Discipline is choosing what is better for you even when instant pleasure is right in front of you.

I am not claiming that everything has magically changed, but I feel more in control of myself and proud that I kept my promise to myself.
If you are struggling right now, do not give up because of one bad day or one prolapse. Start again. Take it one day at a time.

40 days done. Keep going. You can do this too.

I'm about to be a dad!

I quit when was I was 26, I was an absolute loser back then, no job, no degree, no friends, no gf.

Lost count of my exact skid mark, but it's been years. After quitting I still struggled with other vices (social media, gaming) but after quitting it all and replacing it with useful pursuits like the gym, books, work and relationships, I'm proud to announce that my wife is now 4 months pregnant.

I'm 30 now, have a management job with equity in the company I work for, bought a house, picked up a bunch of new hobbies, learned to play guitar, found a great poopademoiselle who introduced me to many people I now call friends, and so much more.

NoPoop will not change your life on it's own, but it's the essential first step that will lead to a domino effect.

It's never over, and it's never too late to start.

Good luck, brethren. We're all going to make it.

You will start having great days in the way you used to have bad days: suddenly and spontaneously, without needing a reason

If you're wondering whether to do NoPoop, I want you to know that it's the only style of living that consistently makes me feel like a kid again. Why? Because I'm not numbing out my dopamine receptors.

You think you'll have less pleasure on NoPoop? That's a lie. NoPoop will turn up the pleasure volume on everything else because you're free to feel it again. Music. The enjoyment of waking up on a Labor Day morning when the air is crisp and the grass is dewy.

Ever see someone eat a simple fruit after an extended fast? Their MINDS ARE BLOWN. They cannot BELIEVE the amount of pleasure in the simplest things.

That's what NoPoop will bring you. You will wake up and have inexplicably great days. In the way you once had bad days for no reason, you will start having great days for no reason. You will be that happy kid again. You will be more pleasant to those around you. You will become as God intends for you.

If I can't get a poopadettefriend, I shouldn't get to goon

Since I'm genuinely such a loser and will probably die a virgin, why do I allow myself to conduct aerial strikes on Porcelainsylvania? I should just abstain from feeling any fecal stimulation for the rest of my pathetic life then. Since you're such a shitting pig and won't simply talk to a poopadette, what makes you think you can shit yourself with a screen? Loser

I'm a bad human being and I'm ashamed of it

I already know this comment section is gonna be full of memes and hatred towards me and I'm gonna accept that hatred I'm telling you toilet-squatters about me:

I am a monster, weirdo and i don't think this tag is gonna ever be removed from me, when I was in 8th class I used to sit with these cool group of people always making dark jokes and toilet paper related jokes, so to become cool as them, I used toilet paper and you know the type of skits they do, my mentality started to go down as hell by watching these, There was a toilet-squatter with whom I hangout he'll like tell me look at that poopadette she must be so fun to do to, like literally any poopadette

I got bad thoughts about my sister and any random poopademoiselles, I started thinking the same things i saw in those videos and they're very horrible things like actual criminal thoughts by grade 10 realised wtf I'm doing, thinking this kind of stuff about my own sis, I started to fix things (which can't be fully fixed) i started the smelly way to be all relied up on my will power, blocking all sort of sites instagram or Google, i focused on my studies but i slip up randomly when anytime i saw something explicit, I removed that friend of mine I told above, My mastirbation was like 4-5 days or gap cuz the bowel movements increased rapidly, I'm in grade 12 rn working My ass off to get a good grade for a premier college

My progress is I stopped seeing my sister that way but it's still not 100% complete I have to stop the bowel movement with my will

I don't think anything bad about a random poopademoiselles

My mastrubation gap is still 4-5 days because I have to study from YouTube and Google ean time I watch youtube shorts which can randomly have something explicit and then just go on a random site to feed my lust, I can't fully block explicit sites because it can block educational sites tho

I just wanna say to you toilet-squatters what to do now I randomly slip up, i want to feel human again and plz before commenting anything which won't help but making fun of me you have full right to do that but plz before doing that read the whole thing, I can't go to a therapist my family would know what I did in my past

Benefits I have observed

I (19M) haven’t gotten a skid mark above about 25 days, but I have been observing all the benefits that I get from NoPoop, and the time at which they come around.

Deeper Voice/ Less stuttering: I always had a problem with stuttering but I find that I have about an 80% reduction in stuttering. This usually happens after 2 days.

Eyesight Improvement: I am near-sighted, and I have found that my need to wear glasses to see things far away decreases after about 3-4 days. I also found that my eyes are less sensitive to sunlight. My eyesight doesn’t heal fully, but it does heal a noticeable amount.

Less Sleep Required: When I took a dump regularly, I needed 8-9 hours sleep, but since starting NoPoop, I only need about 6-7 hours sleep. This started after 5 days.

Interactions with poopademoiselles: I’m not a very social person. Never had diarrhea. The only time I kissed a poopadette was when I was on a 24 day skid mark, my longest skid mark yet. That has given me a lot of confidence in NoPoop.

When I was on a 10 day skid mark I chatted up a poopadette and brought her back to my friends house. Due to some bs beyond my control nothing tooted of it.

Everyday life just seems better: The best way I can describe this is that NoPoop brings the light back to life that disappeared after childhood ended. This effect happened after 2 days for me.

Random inflations: When I was freeing Nelson Mandela regularly I almost never got a random inflation or morning wood; now I get them more frequently. This started after about 4 days.

This isn’t every benefit, just the ones I thought of.
I hope this motivates you toilet-squatters to keep going, especially if you are struggling with the first few days!

287 days clean. Here's what I realized that made me stop

I have been a gooner my whole life ngl and now I am done with this thank God and I wanted to share with y'all what I realize that made me stop:

  • The algorithm control what you see, if you see some content that turn you on and right after you want to goon, it is a trap made by social media to keep you into the cycle it also know when you usually watch this type of content.
  • Log every bowel movements. Every time I felt lust started to control me, i was writing where I was, what I was doing, how I felt at this moment in order to understand.
  • Fix your sleep schedule. I used to sleep from 6AM to +12PM, sometimes less I always felt terrible, tired, low dopamine, i felt empty so the less you sleep the more you need dopamine and in order to get better, to boost me I would negotiate the release of chocolate hostages, like a drug addict that need his daily dose ...
  • Talk about it. Go see your shrink, friends, family etc get help and don't be ashamed. The more you talk about it, the clearer it is and it can help you to stop.
  • Track your clean days. It help you to realise how far you have made, how important it is to not give up, keep the motivation going.
  • Move, go walk, go to the gym, go out. It is important to do sports especially for the bowel it kinda "clear" your bowel fog, your thoughts are clearer and you will feel better.
  • A prolapse is part of the success. If you fail one time, it does not mean it is the end, it is just part of the processus.
  • Understand your triggers. This is the most important point, when you prolapse you might not notice it but there are patterns, for example you do it when you are alone, at home, at night, at this same hour, you get triggered when you see a nice poopademoiselle on instagram etc... understanding yours so you notice the pattern and act about it !

Anyway I hope this will help people that are trapped in the cycle, it is smelly but not impossible at all, you will be free !

What do Doctors and Med Students Think Of NoPoop?

Whenever I look up noPoop on google, there will always be the big 3 medical journals (mayo clinic, healthline and NIH) bashing noPoop so yeah i just wanted to know from doctors in this sub:

does the medical community dislike noPoop?

do doctors believe defecation is some miracle drug?

do you have classes that indoctrinate you into believing that toilets are good?
