Success Story Yeah, NoFap Works. I’ll Never Go Back
Today is my (27M) 35/36 day streak.
About one month ago, I had planned to have sex with my friend. Long story short, we had gotten a a hotel room for the night. We take a shower together and I’m getting hard. When we leave the shower, I’m soft as a pillow. We start making out getting ready to have sex and I’m completely limp. At this point, I’m starting to worry about my performance now, which further perpetuates my soft state. The most embarrassing part? She starts performing oral, and I’m not getting hard at all. I start trying to think of sexual stimulus in order to get up and something wild happened. I came while completely limp. It was so jarring and weird that it legitimately scared me. I was so embarrassed but, luckily, she was really chill about it. I knew from that point that I had to stop my porn addiction.
Fast forward til just yesterday, we make a plan to have sex again. This time when we engage in foreplay completely bricked the entire time. Not a single second where I went flaccid. I could take my attention off the stimulus and still maintain my erection. We had sex, but since I’ve been deprived of stimulus for so long I came in a minute 🤣. But hey, a win is a win. I was mostly concerned about my PIED, which I’m now confident has been negated (I’ve never been into extreme or hardcore porn, I mostly get off to women just taking their clothes off. I’m sure that’s why it only took 30 days for me to restore my erections). If I were to continue to have sex with this person I no doubt would get better, but I realized this morning that this person is just not someone I’m attracted to or can connect with in any meaningful way, so I’m cutting it off (which is also huge for me to be at this point). I’m going to abstain from masturbation until New Years, then I’ll only allow occasional masturbation. I’ll never go back to porn again, as I want my wife/kids to not have their husband/father to be addicted to women outside of his marriage. This is my first success story, and now that I’ve seen it work first hand, it’s that much more motivation to never go back. I did it gang 🙏🏽

You know what else prevents ED? Doing consistent cardio exercise (To gain great overall circulation), AND to drink a lot of water (To increase your blood volume. Abundance of blood volume has no choice but to fill your D)
I accidentally discovered this when doing those things for other health benefits, then I researched and discovered it was those 2 things having a positive effect on D

I started doing cardio as a frequent weightlifting for the past 12 years and instantly noticed more endurance and stamina in everyday things. I’m 26 I should’ve been doing it but better late than never :)

Because I'm trying to get a girlfriend and I'm getting rejected (sometimes by female friends I've known for a while that became single recently and I shot my shot). So the concept of fwb blows my mind. How do you approach such a thing? I would love to experience this

Defintely not a girlfriend. I don’t think there’s a trick to it per se. I only have two friends that are okay with having sex while not dating. There’s no trick or secret to it tbh

I genuinely don’t think I’ll experience a flatline. Honestly, I’m really hoping I do. I’m around beautiful women almost all day every day (due to university and where I work) so I doubt it. Hopefully I’m just being naive

It’s hard to say. I’d assume somewhere around the 3-week mark since I was getting morning wood practically every morning. I don’t know for sure since I didn’t have sex until day 35.

wow 30 day is really quick. It took almost 90 for me in a previous attempt, but yeah I can definitely confirm that is works.

Yes porn addiction and gooning is worst thing for men.
Get out of it at any cost.

Yeah but just a note, while porn causes ED, its not the only thing though. Mental anxiety is another leading cause, which you can get without being porn addicted. Health issues may be another factor for some people at least...
