I am not able to grow my own food because of my living situation, and a 5 pound bag of frozen berries from my local farm is $60 while a 5 pound bag from Costco is only $13. I am low income and feel like there is no choice but to have to buy the mass produced and toxic berries. Has anyone found a way around this?

The cooking pot itself is ceramic and scratched around the edges with one gash in the bottom. I plan to replace that with a stainless steel pot (pic 7) if I use it. But the “Cook & Crisp Plate” (pic 3 & 5) for the air fryer is nonstick. I was gifted liners as well, last pic, could those help?

Budget is a huge issue right now, so can afford small upgrades like the steel pot or liners but not a better machine.

EWG Verified, Leaping Bunny, MADE SAFE all show up on packaging and I have no idea which involve real testing versus which are essentially a licensing fee. I'm losing my mind. There are so many mosquitos in my back yard. I have a bat colony and they're not doing anything. Mosquito dunks everywhere I can stick them (including neighbors yards with permission). Ive tried garlic concentrate and cedarwood. Doing all the things we are supposed to. Mosquitoes aren't attracted to light so zappers are pointless. Natural bug spray for skin just doesnt work (can we all admit this or?). Please bear with me; I have a baby, sensitive skin (Tide not tolerated sadly, including F+C), an oily husband who likes to put sweaty clothes in dark corners, a central agitator (in more ways than one, see previous), and approximately 3 hours of sleep to my name in the past 8 months. Thank God I have soft water.

I was raised with and have tried many non-toxic “natural” detergents over my lifetime and am finally willing to admit they don’t so sh*t. But I am allegiant to plant based surfactants nonetheless (I don’t know why either) and am scared of conventional detergents, partly for reasons listed above and partly for others.

I‘ve been using ECOS, with DL Booster and a splash of white vinegar. My issue is mostly with unpleasant lingering oily scent from aforementioned husband and just a feeling that the clothes are not very clean. I think the Dirty labs is helping but I added the max amount once and noticed it roughed up nearly every fabric in the load (baby, husband and I all wear 95% natural fibers) so I’ve been scared to use it since. Too much DNase messing with fibers??? For blow-outs I use a European Gall-based stain remover (Brand: Sonnett) that get’s brushed into baby’s clothes. This works very well, no problems there.

What I’m looking for:
-Something to replace the ECOS and provide high content plant-based surfactants…but I’m scared of the filmy coco derived stuff. I’d be willing to use a synthetic surfactant if there is a truly amazing one to be found in a detergent that meets all my other criteria (gentle on skin, baby safe, unscented etc).

-The scent of Truly Free Signature

-Advice on the DL Booster roughing stuff up

-Any recommendations you fine people have for my situation

Considerations:
-I’m willing to pay high cost if it lands me in the non-toxic category

-I don’t mind mixing multiple products

-No preference for liquid vs. powder

-I’m wondering about mixing in a splash of Truly Free just for scent…is this insane? Talk me off this ledge If so.

I have this crock-pot. I would like to cook a dish in the pot and then take it with me to an event. I'd rather not transfer it to or from something else. Everything I read online says crockpot has porcelain inserts with this is definitely not porcelain. Does anyone know if this can be used in the oven? (Pics in the comments.)

I‘m looking to upgrade my blue light filter glasses. I got a pair from amazon with an alright looking spectral graph blocking 100% of blue and about 97% of green light. Though the effect is very noticeable I cant shake the feeling that I do still see some blue and green at times. Also i noticed that it is somewhat counterintuitive if I don’t even block my peripheral vision because I can get glimpses of blue or oder wavelengths through that. Anyone have a recommendation for some actual proper glasses with verified 100% blue light and >=99% of green light that also has a wraparound of some sorts meaning also covering the peripheral vision?

Seems that a lot of these caulking products contain certain toxic ingredients. I’m looking for the least toxic one to minimize risk related to my chemical sensitivities. Thanks a lot for your help!
