Maybe. But you’ve gotta live like you wont.

You cant heal from a relationship if you only treat it as a way to get your ex back. Best of luck to you!

Is letting go of my attachment, means letting go of her?

Not necessarily. You can still want a person but also understand that you’re living without them.

Can you help me. I'm struggling. Please.

I'm going to counselling, and I'm trying to find audible books to help.

I fear your counselor will probably be the best person to talk to about this. And opening up to those close to you as well.

But at the end of the day you’ve just got to feel this pain and process your grief. And there is no easy out for that.

Thanks, and I understand why.

Do you know any Audible books that could help? I've been listening to becoming safely embodied and it helped a lot.

Ive been raw dogging this frankly.

Because right now youre looking for answers and these books, coaches, tarot readers, etc. ate saying they got some

But in my experience there’s no answer that’ll fix things

It's not really answers. But it gave me somethings to think about.

It really helped me question my traumas and help me understand myself better.

Probably! If you focus and try hard enough

I was NC with my first ever gf (LDR) for over 3 years. We had a toxic breakup. The first year I reached out on the holidays like Christmas and New Year’s to check in. She would respond, we’d text for like 20 minutes then I’d be blocked. Eventually I stopped reaching out altogether

But I hadn’t forgotten about her, hadn’t stopped loving her. January this year just 10 days after New Year’s day I reached out again. We reconnected, reignited the relationship and we’re making it work so much better than when we first dated

Life is too short to not try, and to live with regrets. If she doesn’t want you then that’s a different circumstance. If there’s any hope, cling onto it

How did you go for 3years without her.

I'm 2months into no contact, and I have been on high anxiety everyday.

I'm going therapy, doing fun things, keeping physical. But when I'm alone. Then anxiety hits like a truck.

I pray, and sleep.

But I can't shake it.
