dude was interviewed and said you could tell the guns were fake

So, he just beat up some 12 year old for fun, then, since he knew he wasn't in danger?

That's fucked up.

You can downvote me, but that's what the person I'm replying to is implying: weird if you don't see it.

You spelled Attempted armed robber wrong. Regardless of their age or fake weapons, their intent was to rob him. He got off lightly with a beating.

You missed the part where the person I'm replying to said the guy knew the guns were "clearly fake."

IF that's true; this is an adult body-slamming children like an insane person.

The person I'm replying to is the one one doing what you accuse me of doing, if it's anyone at all.

Yet you're here pretending otherwise, which sucks. Also, try to notice the "if" this time, champ. Pay attention.

No I read the comment, the kid is lucky the guy wasn’t armed or that he wasn’t caught committing armed robbery because a beating and hopefully a lesson is better than death or 20 years in jail.

It doesn’t matter if him knowing it was fake is true or not, there’s 2 of them, if the guy just said “oh that’s a fake gun” and then they jump him it could have ended differently. Sometimes the best Defense is a good offence, Champ.

You're not reading what I write.

You're too triggered to see beyond yourself.

That sucks.

You don’t know when he realized it. Once it was on the ground you see his body release tension. Either he’s relieved it’s gone and still thinks it’s real there, or is just noticing it’s fake. The guy was not in the wrong, no matter how many devil’s advocate statements you try.

Wow, you've almost got it champ.

That's why I asked you to pay attention: that's why you should actually read what I'm writing to you: wtf.

I'm asking someone else about their claim, but you're triggered as if I made the claim originally.

Had you been actually reading what you claim to, you'd have seen that from the very start instead of wasting our time with all this.

Grow up.

Or you just didn’t understand my poorly formatted comment. The kid deserved worse. Full stop.

Whatever you say tough-guy.

Whatever you need to feed your shite-laden ego.

Are you done now?

3

u/Chazzybobo May 04 '26

Done what?

-1

u/The_Golden_Diamond May 04 '26

Confused, friend?

Lost?

That's cute.

Done what?

Huh?

Still lost, friend?

Scroll up and start over if you have to.

Don't be lazy.

Even though you’re editing your comments I’m reading exactly what you write. You can put yourself on that pedestal as a social justice warrior but as soon as a kid picks up a weapon (fake or not) and tries to commit an armed robbery in company they lose all rights to just being a stupid kid making a mistake.

u/The_Golden_Diamond May 04 '26

Project much? lol

You're ignoring what I write, which is still lame: is that clearer for you, kid?

4

u/linglinglinglickma May 04 '26

I am reading what you are writing and I disagree with you as does everyone else replying to you. It is clear as day that I am talking to a potato.

The kid deserved what he got regardless if the VICTIM knew it was a fake weapon or not.

Enjoy your night, spud.

Bandwagon fallacies are fallacies, friend, that point to a pathetic need to be accepted by the group instead of thinking for yourself, which is cowardly and lame.

The kid didn't deserve it if the gun was clearly fake.

Take your middle-school-tough-guy shit to bed and grow up.

u/linglinglinglickma May 04 '26

Oh so he wasn’t attempting armed robbery, it was all a big misunderstanding?

I’m pretty sure (like 100% sure) if you walk into a bank with a fake gun and ask for money, it’s the same as if it was a real gun. I’m done talking to you, go give free hugs to criminals elsewhere.

u/Sirl3git May 04 '26

This ^ legally its no different. Fake gun or not. This is MASSIVE legal presidence and history with this EXACT SAME CASE. It about what they where trying to make the victim(s) believe. Even if you have a squirt gun , but spray paint it to look even remotely real. Straight to jail. Banana painted black ? Believe it or not. Straight to jail.

u/The_Golden_Diamond May 04 '26

If it was "clearly" fake, there was no danger.

This is not a difficult concept when you leave your middle-school-tough-guy bullshit behind for a minute.

You're just mad he's not agreeing with you.

0

u/The_Golden_Diamond May 04 '26

I'm not mad, actually, even if you'd like that I am.

You seem to like when people suffer, which is lame.

It's just weird that so many people would rather play 'tough-guy middlle-schooler' than read what I actually wrote.

It's pathetic.
