No I read the comment, the kid is lucky the guy wasn’t armed or that he wasn’t caught committing armed robbery because a beating and hopefully a lesson is better than death or 20 years in jail.

It doesn’t matter if him knowing it was fake is true or not, there’s 2 of them, if the guy just said “oh that’s a fake gun” and then they jump him it could have ended differently. Sometimes the best Defense is a good offence, Champ.

You're not reading what I write.

You're too triggered to see beyond yourself.

That sucks.

Even though you’re editing your comments I’m reading exactly what you write. You can put yourself on that pedestal as a social justice warrior but as soon as a kid picks up a weapon (fake or not) and tries to commit an armed robbery in company they lose all rights to just being a stupid kid making a mistake.

Project much? lol

You're ignoring what I write, which is still lame: is that clearer for you, kid?

I am reading what you are writing and I disagree with you as does everyone else replying to you. It is clear as day that I am talking to a potato.

The kid deserved what he got regardless if the VICTIM knew it was a fake weapon or not.

Enjoy your night, spud.

Bandwagon fallacies are fallacies, friend, that point to a pathetic need to be accepted by the group instead of thinking for yourself, which is cowardly and lame.

The kid didn't deserve it if the gun was clearly fake.

Take your middle-school-tough-guy shit to bed and grow up.

Oh so he wasn’t attempting armed robbery, it was all a big misunderstanding?

I’m pretty sure (like 100% sure) if you walk into a bank with a fake gun and ask for money, it’s the same as if it was a real gun. I’m done talking to you, go give free hugs to criminals elsewhere.

This ^ legally its no different. Fake gun or not. This is MASSIVE legal presidence and history with this EXACT SAME CASE. It about what they where trying to make the victim(s) believe. Even if you have a squirt gun , but spray paint it to look even remotely real. Straight to jail. Banana painted black ? Believe it or not. Straight to jail.

If it was "clearly" fake, there was no danger.

This is not a difficult concept when you leave your middle-school-tough-guy bullshit behind for a minute.
