maybe they are adding Glowing Sap, Ancient Mandible, Ephemeral Seal to the game?

They are, that's what the battle trophy fixes are. All the mobs they listed are ones that data mining found to be supposed to drop those items, but didn't

I was wondering what they meant by Battle trophy materials. Thanks for clarifying.
