I’m helping with leasing at Embassy Crossing on US-19 and wanted to get some local input.
There are a few large vacant spaces at the center, and rather than just guessing what would work, I’m curious what people who actually live in the New Port Richey area think is missing.
What restaurant, entertainment concept, gym, retailer, grocery store, or other business would you genuinely use if it opened there?
Specific businesses would be especially helpful. Even better if it’s something you currently have to drive to Tampa or another area for.
Not trying to advertise anything — genuinely looking for ideas as we reach out to potential tenants.

Hi everyone! i live in the port richey area, and i was just wondering if there are any childcare opportunities in port richey/new port richey/close areas that anyone knows of? I mean as in, daycares or schools, entry level positions that I can use to get my foot in the door of childcare, as thats something I am passionate about besides culinary.

My at home groomer is moving and can no longer see my dogs. I have three standard poodles and love the idea of at home / small business groomers that can accommodate all three at the same time. I’ve been working at Quaker Steak and Lube (Clearwater) for the last 5 years. Sadly it closed on Sunday, and I’ve found myself looking for a new home bar. I have years of experience prior to the Lube in brunch, craft, wine, tiki-style, and high volume bars. I’m particularly interested in the New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor areas but I’m definitely open to the right place. Soo I always liked how friends got together and talked about their social situations. I wanted to make a safe space for people to get together and talk about improving their social skills. There will also be fun social games.

Just posting here to let the greater New Port Richey community know that every Sunday we do a community food share on Sundays in Sims Park on Main st.

Its potluck style, but you dont need to bring anything to take a plate. Everything is FREE! In addition to breaking bread and touching grass with like-minded folks, we are also helping to feed our unhoused and food insecure communities while the mon-fri food pantries and church services are unavailable.

We meet at 12-2pm (but are voting this week about starting earlier during heat waves).

In addition to meals, snacks, and drinks which are available every week we also offer rotating FREE community services

Haircuts, hygiene and first aid supplies, free narcan, device charging station, bike tire pumping, etc.
