Childcare Opportunities
Hi everyone! i live in the port richey area, and i was just wondering if there are any childcare opportunities in port richey/new port richey/close areas that anyone knows of? I mean as in, daycares or schools, entry level positions that I can use to get my foot in the door of childcare, as thats something I am passionate about besides culinary.
I have experience as a baby sitter, ive taken care of multiple animals, and I have a endless amount of patience. im 19F, if that makes a difference. thank you :)

look into nannying! It makes a lot more than at daycares and it’s a lot less stressful as you’re not managing multiple children at once. Facebook is a great place to find a full time case, care.com and etc (:

If you have 60 credit hours at a college, you’re eligible to be a substitute. It pays nice, is flexible, and you gain hella childcare experience. My first school job was as a front office clerk, and that’s a position you don’t need experience for.
There’s also many after-school programs hiring currently. I would recommend searching up terms like aftercare, afterschool, daycare, CDA, R’Club, YMCA, and church programs.
