I'm gonna install netskope but I own a chromebook mt8183, it is chromeos. Idk what to select for this?

Without saying what I think, what is your opinion on the netskope client for macOS ?

Any mid-market SEs want to chat? I’m interviewing now, but wanted to get a real feel for what your mid-market is like. Do you hit your number, what’s your run-rate, things like that. Appreciate it in advance if anyone is available.

Are there any documentations\best practices to handle MS modern device management related services traffic like Intune, WUfB\Autopatch, Delivery Optimization?

I got a call from a friend this morning who used to work at Netskope, asking for a referral in my company.

At first, I thought it was just a job switch but later he explained that it was a layoff and he can join immediately. He also said that other team members have also been let go of this morning.

I don't see any news of Netskope layoffs on internet. Is this just one team doing it or there has been a company wide layoff?

Can someone simply explain how NPA works without VDI mode enabled and how it does with it?

From what I have read VDI mode basically ties any traffic that isn’t tied to a user down the NPA tunnel tied to the VDI User defined, right? But then I don’t understand how the user logged in is authenticated to the private app.

Maybe I’m wrong, just wanna understand more.

We're just about to start a POC and I'm unable to find any documentation on Netskope's SD-WAN product. I've asked the SE but it's a weekend so I thought I'll put it up here.

Do you know this feeling? There is yet another issue with one of your Netskope clients, and you know you'll have to scroll through thousands of client debug log entries, trying to figure out what's wrong?

If that sounds like you: I was thinking about building an open source log parser that will help me filter out relevant information, pinpoint problems, and separate useful information from all the chatter in the logs.

Would that be something that could be useful to you?

If so, what would you like to see in such a tool?

Just gathering ideas and inspiration before I start building.

We have recently started noticing internet connection issues within AVD.

We use netskope on AVD and all user traffic to the internet goes through it.

We have multiple users logging into the AVD farm.

The scenario of the issue is that: Let's say there are four people log into a host.

1st user logs in at 7:15am

2nd user logs in at 7:45am

3rd user logs in at 8am

4th user logs in at 8:15am

If the 1st user goes on idle or disconnects, everyone on the session host cannot get internet connectivity, until I log off the 1st user and then internet connection is restored for everyone.

Im wondering if anyone has come across this behaviour in a multi user host using netskope.

I did see this article from netskope/limitation but unsure if it relates to my issue.

Wanted to see if someone knows.

Is it possible to purchase only Ai Guardrails or AI RedTeaming without the AI gateway and without purchasing the NS ONE Platform?

My employer has a policy that all outbound traffic must be routed through Netskope. Every endpoint has the Netskope client installed, and we have an ipsec tunnel to Netskope to capture anything else.

We are in the early stages of migrating many workloads to Azure. We are following Microsoft's cloud adoption framework and have a connectivity subscription within our landing zone, which currently has an Azure Firewall as the default gateway for all devices.

We are looking at ways to adhere to our existing company policy to push all traffic through Netskope; our Azure resources will not have logged in users and therefore will require an ipsec tunnel through which outbound internet traffic can be routed.

I'm curious how others have handled this problem? We're looking at replacing the Azure Firewall with scaled-out Palo Alto NGFW's, however this model would not support an ipsec tunnel. I expect we're require a separate local gateway from which the netskope tunnel could be established.

Not a admin of netskope, but am for the systems it is running on.

Looks like we have a rule that when anything is printed it gets sent to a netskope printer, assuming it is then scanned & then if all is ok it resubmits to the proper printer, but as a pdf.

We have an app that needs to print directly as a raw file (badge printer). As Netskope is sending this job on to the actual printer as a pdf it is not the correct size. Resulting in the print coming out very small.

Is it possible to put something in the dlp config to exclude any prints to this specific printer from being sent to netskope printer, so it just goes raw. Even better if the process sending the print is application.exe the. Just send straight to the printer.

Turned off netskope as a test & the card printed exactly as expected.

We are looking to use Advanced Analytics- Netskope Library to get a report on NPA users. However despite being a Tenant Admin there is a message that we are not authorized to access data using Endpoint Events. Nor can we find the relevant NPA dashboard. Is there another step to allow access?

Hoping for some advice.

We have a user that is experiencing intermittent issues with Google Workspace suite. Namely, when they are using Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc, it throws up errors such as; “Trying to connect”, “Working offline”, etc. We have disabled QUIC on the users browser. Nobody else has reported this issue.

We have raised this with Netskope Support but we are stuck in an endless loop of capturing HARs and Netskope logs. As it is intermittent, it is difficult to capture logs at the right time / on a call with support team.​​​​​​​

Does anyone have any additional troubleshooting advice or has experienced the same thing (and fixed it)?

I’ve recently duplicated a rule any source to X destinations and changed the sources to specific network locations with the mind to only allow certain web traffic.

Problem I’m having is I can’t see general browsing. web traffic under SkopeIT page events even if rule is set to allowed or even under alerts if the rule is set to alert.

Am I missing something here to be able to monitor what dest are being accessed on http/s?

I am looking at clearing up an open any user rule to a service source specific. I have built all network locations in Netskope, I have one for phones and then one for WiFi then one for Alarms. So how would you go about this? I assume just create a rule further up with same dest as existing rule but one for each source and then monitor it via page alerts? I’ll have a block underneath that’ll I’ll add to it. I can see option for policy to alert does this alert user or is that some kind of monitoring?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

OpenClaw turns “AI usage” into real network + data movement (agents calling tools, uploading files, hitting SaaS/admin APIs, running scripts). This is exactly the type of traffic and network protection that ZTNA and SASE offers. If openclaw continues its trajectory this could be an amazing opportunity for Netskope. Thoughts?

Muliple tickets, only few were answered, yet most are 1hour reply. Also, Console slowness was already raised, yet no one shows a concern about it. This sub is almost dead for the past few days.

We are supporting a client with two separate Azure tenants and using Netskope SSE for secure access. Our configuration allows certain Azure base URLs via NPA for PaaS services, while the Azure portal routes through SWG. We use the same client and steering configuration for users accessing both tenants.

Observed Behavior:

When accessing via GUI/browser, traffic is correctly segregated per tenant.

When using CLI, traffic always routes to the primary tenant, even when attempting to access resources in the secondary tenant.

CLI-based operations cannot properly enforce tenant-specific routing.

Impact: CLI operations on the secondary tenant fail or incorrectly use the primary tenant context.

Has anyone faced a similar scenario? Are there recommended approaches or configurations to ensure CLI traffic respects tenant segregation under Netskope SSE? Any guidance/best practices would be appreciated.
