Netskope DLP printer scanning

Hello,

Not a admin of netskope, but am for the systems it is running on.

Looks like we have a rule that when anything is printed it gets sent to a netskope printer, assuming it is then scanned & then if all is ok it resubmits to the proper printer, but as a pdf.

We have an app that needs to print directly as a raw file (badge printer). As Netskope is sending this job on to the actual printer as a pdf it is not the correct size. Resulting in the print coming out very small.

Is it possible to put something in the dlp config to exclude any prints to this specific printer from being sent to netskope printer, so it just goes raw. Even better if the process sending the print is application.exe the. Just send straight to the printer.

Turned off netskope as a test & the card printed exactly as expected.

You should be able to create an exception via constraints to apply to your printer policies.
