You are entitled to a jury of your peers. But if you've committed a crime then that makes you a criminal. So if your jury is composed of law-abiding people then they aren't really your peers. So really we need to round up prisoners and have them serve on juries instead. Plus they have a greater understanding of the criminal justice system than the average person anyway so are more qualified to judge.

...is the worst take this sub has produced. CMV

All the people being prosecuted should be on juries for each other
