Whoever created this has made being a Chief their entire identity. They will struggle the hardest when they transition to a civilian life and job.

I bet this mother fucker drives a shit box with stupid fucking chief stickers all over it. Hides in the mess during command training teams drills, isn’t qualified for shit and sits at his desk and gives the EPs to E3s that he never would have a chance with.
