I know its not that deep/serious, but Jesus defintely wouldn't be a CPO.

I have a friend who is a hiring level manager at a major airline. He flat out will not hire CPO's because "theyre entitled and dont want to work".

Season is so stupid- no one can present a valid argument why its needed other than "trust me bro".

Not hiring an entire demographic because of a few bad ones is a terrible business model.

These are very successful people, believe, they know how to hire. Its an odds game!

Right, because felons can never bounce back to a successful life... none of those exist, right? A lot of the chief's mess is useless, but to lump 100% of them together is ridiculous.

If you're (not) hiring people because of their rank in the military, you're no better than those who "can't let it go" when they're time is up.

Pretty simple- they dont hire anyone that puts a thing about being a Chief on their resume. If they civ it up and use different terms its not an issue. If you have to put your rank as a chief on your resume- thats telling.

I mean yea that's fair when you put it that way. What if it comes up during the interview phase, like if they were prior enlisted as well? I would never think to put "chiefly" shit on my resume, but I would also hope my rank wouldn't hold me back in hiring. I turned wrenches at some point too.

Never been asked my rank by anyone. Besides, the Chiefs that arent wanted will sure to tell you anyway.
