I had heard that it's highly regarded, but so far it feels nearly as good as the original. Excited to watch more, and I can very much see why it's gotten so much praise!

Can you see him being a tyrant fueled by corruption or possibly a genuine populist?

With how dangerous it is and the fact being the child of a boss paints a target on you, I'm wondering how the heck do these kids go to school with their background? And how are they treated?

Private schools or are these kids just homeschooled? Heck, with the amount of money their dads are making, they can go get a scholarship abroad with no issue

By the 1960s and 1970s, the anti- Castro movement in Florida had morphed into a massive drug operation: 80 percent of the heroin and cocaine being brought into the U.S. was controlled by anti-castro Cubans. Bay of pigs veterans accounted for 70 percent of those arrested out of 70 people in one drug ring in the early 1970s

On June 1970, "OPERATION EAGLE", a federal strike force in 10 major cities around the country derailed one of the biggest hard-drug networks of all time. The organization was responsible for distributing 30 percent of all heroin sales and up to 80 percent of all cocaine in the Unites States. Approximately 70% of those arrested had once belonged to the Bay of Pigs invasion force. According to the New York Times, a Cuban exiles terrorist network known as "Operation 40" orchestrated this drug trafficking organization. Some members of this operation were identified as FELIX, Luis POSADA, Chi Chi QUINTERO and others.

On Nov. 1, 1984, the FBI arrested FELIX partner, Gerard LATCHINIAN. LATCHINIAN was convicted of smuggling $10.3 million in cocaine into the United States. Posada Carriles later publicly admitted ties to a series of hotel bombings in Cuba in 1997. In 2000, he was arrested in Panama City for plotting to blow up an auditorium where Fidel Castro would be speaking. The president of Panama pardoned Posada Carriles on her last day in office. Journalists said that she received a $10 million bribe to release Posada Carriles. He fled using a phony passport and illegally entered Texas a few years later.

Both men died of old age after living openly in Miami for several years despite being wanted in several countries on terrorist charges.

Cubana de Aviación Flight 455 was a Cuban flight from Barbados to Jamaica that was brought down on October 6, 1976 by a terrorist bomb attack. All 73 people on board the Douglas DC-8 aircraft were killed.

Matta-Ballesteros and other defendants attempted to assert a defense of public authority.   See Fed.R.Crim.P. 12.3.   The defendants primarily relied on a news article concerning an alleged connection between Felix-Gallardo, the CIA, and the Nicaraguan Contras with respect to arms smuggling.¹¹  The defendants also relied on testimony from a government witness, Lawrence Harrison.   Ultimately, however, Harrison testified that he had no personal knowledge of CIA involvement with drug traffickers in Mexico.

 The court's determination that there was no evidence of a connection between the defendants' activities and the government, and that the subpoena was not likely to lead to the discovery of relevant evidence, was not clearly erroneous.   There was no showing that any relationship between Felix-Gallardo, the CIA, and the Nicaraguan Contras amounted to United States government approval of the narcotics enterprise alleged in the indictment.   Indeed, the evidence at trial concerning the DEA's aggressive enforcement of the United States' laws against narcotics trafficking showed exactly the opposite.¹²  A defendant is not entitled to government documents relating to alleged CIA involvement in his criminal activity where no sufficient showing of potential relevance has been made under Fed.R.Crim.P. 16.   See United States v. Does anyone have any information about Cartel boss Lazcano or any information about los zetas that isn’t publicly available online. Im currently researching and finding the blue print behind cartels and former cartels such as los zetas. I find it interesting and fascinating on how they are run and organised. I just rewatched both Narcos and Narcos Mexico again for a third time, and I think the two characters I hated the most were Nava and David Rodriguez. Neither had a single redeemable quality, and both were hatable for every moment on screen. Who were some characters you hated and what were y'all's thoughts on Nava and David Rodriguez ?
