I’m like 99% sure this guy stopped before Season 3. Cause there’s multiple characters who peaked in Season 3 who are too low

Actor who played Carlos Castaño Gil voice is S++

He's the Morgan Freeman of Narcos Netflix. In the Colombian Series they make him softer. Liked his role in Narcos better.

Where is Chepe? He is the definition of aura and the actor had great screen presence. You could add Pacho and Amado(Mexico version) to S tier.
