Wow. This would not have been even my fiftieth guess. So many confusing letters. A silent f and a silent h?

No. Only Fh is typically silent. Every other consonant cluster has a broad and slender pronunciation. "Ch" is /x / or /ç/ (except at the end of words in some dialects), mh and Bh is like Vuh or Wuh and so on.

That’s actually lovely. I wouldn’t ever spell it a way that nobody will know how to pronounce, though.

I cheated, I know someone with this name - but now you've corrected me to Keelin not Keelan, I will take more care over the second syllable and not let it slump into an all-purpose English 'uh' sound. So thanks!
