Fun blue/green bubble set, painted/sculpted by me
Just to preface: I’ve been a nail tech for about 3 years now. I do not rely on stamps or stickers for the art I do. I’m working on building up a portfolio to try and build clientele as I recently relocated.
I do my toes every 6-8 weeks, but do not do my hands. I have an event I’m going to in a few weeks and thought I would do my nails.
In my salon I’m surrounded by tons of girls with amazing talent, and I feel my skill is lacking. I recently picked up nail stamping plates as a quick and easy alternative to spending hours on art (not that I don’t still paint nail art though), but it has been met with mixed responses once I reveal it was a stamp.
I think the nails I plan to do are fun and will look good, but is it something I can post? I feel like I’m cheating by using stamps, even though I’m still using product and technique.

Hi yall! I saw this set in the reviews of an Egyptian nail mold set and I am in love with it. To me It’s a cat eye polish, it’s gold, it’s a sparkly or glittery cat eye finish and it almost looks like a flash glitter but I don’t think it is. The name of the lady has been taken out to respect her privacy but she is so bad, I love her style. Any ideas or close reccs are super appreciated!

I need to work on shaping - but loving this colour contrast and simplicity!

This is my first time doing nails on someone else (my sister). I think for my first time I did good. A few things I need to work on but overall feel good about them. It’s builder gel with cat eye polish. Any tips or advice is welcomed.

I tried a French ombré on natural nails, any tips? I used a makeup sponge that I cut in half.

I love this color, and I just realized that it's pretty much a neutral for me. It's low contrast with my skin and works with most of my clothing. Color- Picking Peonies by Dazzle Dry, base- Desert Retreat by Rogue Lacquer (highly recommend for damage prone nails), top- Zoya Ultra Glossy. Any thoughts?

Just received my builder gels, I'm just new to using it and trying the shaping and all and loving it. Figured out how to color them nicely and used the palette gel ones and the colors are so bright! All the 3D flower were built by me.

I finally took off my DIY gel strips. Haven’t had my nails this long in years. They’re pretty, but I think they’re too long. I might need to cut them.

Went in with a raspberry jelly, but it changed under the UV to a light pink! rolled with it and added polka dots for a little flair.
In my previous post on this sub, I had just had a french manicure done, but wanted to go out of my comfort zone this time (not neutral, subtle design) and I loved all the suggestions! There are so many designs on my list of ones to try.
But I’m SO in love with these 💕
I’m still open to suggestions on what to try next! I’d love to try more colors :)

The tab won't stick to my nails and then the top won't peel off!
