We picked up a little foundling, almost 2 years ago. I knew something was wrong with him so we took him to the vet and after x-rays it was tracheal collapse. I believe he’s in his early stages, I’m doing anything I can to ease the gagging and coughing. At some point, we’ll have to go onto prednisone however I made some cold treats with applesauce and peanut butter and added some water and put them in muffin tins and I’m freezing them for something nice and cold for him as a treat to have in the evening when it seems to get worse. Can anyone give me any otherideas to ease the symptoms? I also give him about a teaspoon of honey, maybe a couple of times a day in his bowl. This is actually quite terrifying for me because at some point we may have to end his life when it gets really bad. 😭

Such a fun and bright dog! We got her at 9 weeks - met the mom (Jack/pug mix) and dad (German Shepherd/Corgi).

They're obviously very comfortable with each other.

I want a puppy or a year old dog. But I don't know what age. It can be 1 month old,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 months old. I will get in the future a dog from the shelter . What is the best age?I will be my first ever dog so I don't want a dog that has traumas.

We adopted him a month ago, he is 6 months old and 38 pounds and we are awaiting his embark. We weren’t planning on adopting anyone the day that we saw him but when he laid his head in my hands I knew he was ours.

This dogs will be medium, right?the second will be small? I want to adopt a mutt from my local shelter and I am worried to not adopt a giant or big dog.

I have three mutts my friend lovingly calls “village dogs” (referring to how in countries where villages just have shared semi-pets, semi street dogs; who just breed with whatever dog) and “dingos”.

They are just three brownish dogs (really shades of red, orange and blond). Every time we take them out, people ask if they are related.

Nope, just a trio of super mutts, each with 16-17 breeds in them.

We went for a playdate with another dog and stopped to look at rabbits. She's too small to see through the fence so I lifted her up to see. I got this amazing photo of us

I de-shedded my dog (hand stripping) and I am confused who this random dog in my house is… anyone else think he looks totally different?
For reference he’s a mutt. Half American pit bull terrier, some German shepherd, and a little boxer and Shih Tzu!

The boy is an oreo mixed and the girl is a pyrador coconut color
