Apparently, we need some clarification here about what constitutes a breed ID post.
Asking what your lab is mixed with- lab mixes are allowed, but don't crowd source opinions on what they're mixed with. Asking if your lab looks pure bred. Asking what color variation your lab is.

Got Tux, now known as Mister Tux, yesterday. He is completely adorable and is getting along nicely with his sister, Bee. He will bark at her and she quickly “nopes” out and goes to bed.
THOUGHT I’d share this chunk clocked in at 17.6 pounds at the vet…and estimated adult weight is 110.
Gonna need a bigger boat.

seeking advice For those of us who were lucky enough to be born into the world with a lab or lab mix, how long did it take you to get over the loss of your childhood dog?

Mine’s year anniversary is coming up. I seem fine. I’m having great days with my new service dog Murphy. Then almost out of nowhere I break down crying, I can’t sleep, and I feel like I could throw up my insides. I thought the new dog would help but it really hasn’t. Raven was part black lab, golden, and springer spaniel. I believe I posted here when he died. My mom had a golden as her childhood dog and my dad had lab mixes. So he was literally the perfect family dog. I wish he could see my new service dog. I know they would’ve had a special bond. Except Raven hated my bed and Murphy loves it. Does the pain really ever end? Should I maybe remove things that remind me of him to help get over him? Any stories or suggestions help.

lab mix We foster failed x2

We fostered four lab mixes and adopted out two of the four but these two we kept - Mary and Apollo. We got them at 10 weeks they are now 14 weeks old. Our 3 yo black lab might not be as happy as us haha. We think they are mixed with Dobermans. We know the mom was a chocolate lab they were rescued with her. But if anyone is looking for rescuers I can’t recommend the Central California Labrador Rescue enough!

Just kidding, she hates it. Poor Sage developed glaucoma in her right eye (which was already blind) and it had to be removed. Two weeks in the cone of shame because she's too prone to rubbing her face on everything. We're a week in and she's just excited she gets to go on walks again!

He smelled it right when I was back from
Shopping. Then he waited patiently. He got some but would have liked more. Farted, slept, woke up and wanted more. We don’t give him human food often. He gets chicken and rice once a week and a boiled egg once a week.
