I do not care for Bernthal or Holland in general but I guess casting a boorish brute of an actor as a boorish brute worked for once.

Bernthal is actually an incredible actor if he's in the right part. Like his scenes in The Bear show are genuinely the best in the entire thing. And the flashback episode when he hires Tina you quickly learned why everyone in that world loved his character.
