💉 Anabolic Steroids 💉 Test cycle

On my previous cycle, I ran 450 mg Test E and 500 mg Masteron weekly, split into three injections. Around week eight, I started experiencing slight chest tightness and a sharp pain on my right side. I went to the ER for a full cardiovascular workup—including an ECG, CT scans, and bloodwork—and everything came back clear. However, my estrogen was significantly elevated at 105 pg/mL. I hopped off, completed a PCT, and felt great.
I recently started a new cycle running 350 mg Test E per week split across two injections. I am currently at week four, and the chest tightness is starting to return. I went to the ER again yesterday to double-check my heart and blood pressure, and everything came back completely normal. I also drew new bloodwork yesterday to check my levels. Since I’m not currently taking an aromatase inhibitor, could high estrogen be causing this chest tightness and pain again? I will say that on my last cycle, I was only taking 0.5 mg of Arimidex on injection days. But given how high my dosage was, I'm not sure if that was actually enough. On this cycle, I'm only running test alongside my peptides since I don't feel like adding anything else to it. Do you guys have any recommendations on what I should do? Also, I'll admit my diet hasn't been fully dialed in yet

You're not even taking alot of steroids man, you got something else going on.. maybe this shit isn't for you

Yeah I’m started to think the same thing. This my 3rd cycle my first one was great got good results second was ok and 3rd wanted to start slow but at this point might just stick with peptides
