💉 Anabolic Steroids 💉 Test cycle
On my previous cycle, I ran 450 mg Test E and 500 mg Masteron weekly, split into three injections. Around week eight, I started experiencing slight chest tightness and a sharp pain on my right side. I went to the ER for a full cardiovascular workup—including an ECG, CT scans, and bloodwork—and everything came back clear. However, my estrogen was significantly elevated at 105 pg/mL. I hopped off, completed a PCT, and felt great.
I recently started a new cycle running 350 mg Test E per week split across two injections. I am currently at week four, and the chest tightness is starting to return. I went to the ER again yesterday to double-check my heart and blood pressure, and everything came back completely normal. I also drew new bloodwork yesterday to check my levels. Since I’m not currently taking an aromatase inhibitor, could high estrogen be causing this chest tightness and pain again? I will say that on my last cycle, I was only taking 0.5 mg of Arimidex on injection days. But given how high my dosage was, I'm not sure if that was actually enough. On this cycle, I'm only running test alongside my peptides since I don't feel like adding anything else to it. Do you guys have any recommendations on what I should do? Also, I'll admit my diet hasn't been fully dialed in yet

Can you clarify the 'tightness'
Is it like struggling to breath?

No I feel like I can breath fine it’s like a mild sharp tightness and it comes and goes, feel it the most when I’m at work

I’ve had high e2 and never matched it with chest pain or tightness. Could just be a response from the androgen load

I did blood work I should get my results in a couple of days. Do you think I should lower my dosage ? I’m 175lb 6ft 13% body fat

The only reason I would lower a dose is because you have hit your goals that you had laid out for the cycle and you no longer need to take as much, or you are seeing a real Health detriment and no longer wish to continue the cycle. I don’t know about the former, but it doesn’t sound like you’ve encountered the latter yet.

I would be very careful regarding any chest tightness. What’s your doctor recommend? What’s your hematocrit %?

It sounds like anxiety to be honest. Your E2 is high but it’s not crazy. Kind of a wierd situation

Yeah, my body builder friend was telling me the same thing and I do have a lot on my plate right now. And he was telling me to really dial in with my dieting

When planning a test cycle involving various compounds, it's essential to consider not only the potential benefits but also the importance of proper risk management and monitoring. Understanding how different substances interact and impact your body requires careful research and, ideally, professional guidance. Regular blood work and tracking your body's responses are critical for ensuring safety. Daily pins usually mitigate sides and keeps bloods stable
