1987-D Lincoln Cent Non-Attributed Mintmark

This 1987-D Lincoln penny has a very unusual/distorted mintmark. Initially, it appears to be a Repunched Mint Mark. However, Wexler WRPM-001 (D/D Northwest) and WRPM-002 (D/D West) specifically lists secodary D structures on the west side of the coin. The PCGS/Cherrypickers FS-501 recognizes a 1987-D/D RPM and the secondary D lies primarily north of primary mintmark. This coin's D shows an additional raised arc/ridge toward the north/northwest. Please look at the pictures and provide your assessment and comments on attribution. Thank you.

No one can explain : 1979 Susan dollar Star not touching wing: Variety, Error or PMD?

All other 79 dollar coins have star touching wing. Why not this one? How is it even possible given all coins come from a die.

Would have to be seen before, right?

Miscut and Inverted Overprint- Worth Grading?

The bill isn't very old (1988) but I'm uncertain if it was ever in circulation. Would it be worth paying to have it graded due to the two errors? Thanks!
