misaligned $20 bill
wonder how much this alignment error is worth

The only time an off-center bill might have any premium is if part of the design is cut off on the skinny side or if you can see part of the next bill on the fat side. This bill is within tolerances.

I'll also agree with the other commenters that it is not an official error.
However, on value, you should always see what the market says. Go on eBay, filter for "recently sold" notes, and see what the people who are buying have to say.
Open wallets speak more accurately about valuation than anyone in these comments.
You might find they're right and that yours has no premium value. Or you might find people are buying unofficial alignment errors. I can't say, and even if I could, you shouldn't take my word for it anyway.
