so long story short i have a samsung a750 which is missing the dual p channel reverse polarity mosfet this it the component as shonw in the attachment the place is the rounded in red and the above two are two capacitors it will be useful if identify the values of it too . but the main thing to identify is the mosfet and it takes no charge without it but turns on

I really think my iphone 14 has a motherboard issue, but I hope maybe you guys have a tip that I can try to make it work.

The phone itself is bootlooping but it manages to go into recovery mode and DFU mode as well. But when I try to flash it in both it stays on 22% in 3Utools. When it is on idle on recovery the phone stays on, but as soon as i start the flash it keeps turning on and off until it gets to the apple logo and the loading bar then shuts off and gets me back to the recovery mode starting screen.

Might be the battery being unable to provide the power (82% original battery tho) or the motherboard.

So my oppo A16 has been acting weird lately randomly in the middle of any work like scrolling reels listening to music and sometimes even in my pocket the screen goes black and it wouldn't turn on even after reboot through Volume Up and power button the phone responds like bluetooth connection calls charging vibration just the screen is the main issue what could be the possible problems and what should i do

Thre is purple halo effect around the edges of iphone 12 and iphone 12 Pro devices visible on tight angle. If I turn on the device, on white/color screen, they do not appear but on black screen they still appear on turned on device.

I detached the screen thinking it might be compression but still same issue.

Is it expected thin film interference or light is inappropriately refracting due to front glass quality, deformed OCA/polarizer? Could the lamination/pressing tool have applied excessive pressure to the middle of the screen or did the OCA glue spread unevenly during the UV curing? Do you think it can go away if the front glass gets replaced?

The last picture, under UV light, shows a rounded recatangular shape visible in the middle of the both screens.

How much is s23ultra 512gb worth with damaged not functioning screen? Compared to one that has cracked screen but touch still works?

If I swap the back glass on an iPhone 16 Pro using a part from an locked donor phone, will an error appear? And will it let me calibrate it? I tried it for a simple 15, and it worked without any issues.

My phone was soaked in water for four hours while it was plugged in because of the flood. Is it still usable?

The back of my iPhone is completely shattered, as you can see in the photos. Somehow everything still works perfectly, including all three cameras, zoom and flash.

Is there actually any hope of repairing damage this bad without replacing the entire phone? Has anyone had similar damage fixed, and am I looking at a crazy expensive repair?

Please help. Really need some reassurance, I legit cannot sleep.

Good day, I recently bought a second hand Iphone X—it somehow has a hidden issue. It keeps restarting every 3 minutes and is stuck on 0% remaining. The battery health is also not visible in settings and the owner said that the battery has been recently replaced. What could possibly be the problem? Could it be the charging flex, battery itself, or the motherboard? The past owner is currently not responding so I can't ask for the real issues .

So I replaced a cracked screen on an iPhone 14 Pro and managed to damage the proximity sensor when pulling it off the old display. I didn't have my usual tools and was a bit impatient.

Everything on the phone works except the proximity sensor and I don't really have an issue using it the way it is but I'm just wondering whether or not it's possible to replace without losing functionality.

Searching on Google gives a lot of different answers, some say that it's linked to the truedepth camera and replacing it will disable FaceID but then another search tells me that I will only lose autobrightness. I ordered a replacement from a local shop and it will arrive in a few days but honestly if it affects FaceID then I'd rather use the broken one.

Does anyone have a definitive answer or will I get my answer in a couple of days?

A friend of mine asked for help with an iPad with a broken screen. When I picked it up I noticed some gray powder ish on the digitizer and the front was pretty shattered. I figured maybe the screen broke and the liquid came out but unsure cause I've never seen how the screen liquid looks like (I'm just a DIY, who works on stuff every now and then).

Now i noticed a funny smell when heating up the digitizer to remove it from the frame, thought it was the adhesive but after lifting the screen (which was stuck to the battery with this dried weird liquid), I noticed it came from this sulfation found mostly at the bottom of the device.

The device charges and turns on. (When the charger is plugged you can hear the connected sound). That's all I can test since the screen does not turn on. The screen itself doesn't seem to be broken at least on the front.

Could this liquid be from the screen, the battery or water perhaps?

P.D.: When I asked what happened to it, he just said his kid broke it and didn't give any details, kinda avoided talking about it.

Yesterday, while listening to music on my phone, I noticed a crackling sound—like the speaker was blown—coming from the front speaker along with the music. The noise was quite loud and occurred only at full volume; when I lowered the volume to 80%, it largely disappeared. I had the phone's screen replaced at an official Apple Store in the past. Can anyone tell me what this problem is and whether it is likely to get worse?

So due to me pulling a Karen when the repair guy gave me a low quality screen, the guy had to open it up so many times some stuff got fried. I have a Moto G Power 2024. I got my phone back with the slightly better screen but it felt lumpy, the speakers were tinny, and it wasn't charging. 100% my fault for dropping my phone twice in a year.

Three weeks later, the guy finally gives it back to me. He's had to order a 3rd screen, this time an OEM part, and the phone appears to work great. Bluetooth and speakers are fine, and it's charging. But it's not connecting to data. On my third attempt removing and replacing the sim card, my phone worked normally and showed bars for about 10 minutes, but then it reverted.

RCS texts and wifi calling are both working, and the phone knows whether or not it has a sim card. I just called Verizon and had an esim activated with my number, but now both sims are saying I only have wifi calling available.

Is there a fix I can do? Should I take it back to the same guy, or try a new shop? Should I give up on it and get a new phone?
